Was in the area, googled healthy food and this place popped up. Stopped for lunch and was a little surprised. Walked in the store was empty but they were prepping food for orders. I grabbed a menu, everything is clean eats. I ordered chicken with sweet potatoes and broccoli. I couldnt wait to take a pic. Food was good.

I was so hungry after my hike but couldn't go home and eat because I had to pick up my son at pre school so I was debating If I should sabotage my hike and go get some fast food since I couldn't go home and eat something clean then I decided to Google the word meal prep and this place popped up. I'm so happy did the food here was amazing The owner is such a sweetheart I will forever be coming back â¤ï¸

This place located in a small plaza area next to pizza. Menu is simple, keep in mind of bring healthy or not. They offer discounted meal prep ranging from 15 to 40. I have done the meal preps, currently on my 3rd or 4th 40 meal prep plan. You pay all at once. The food is quiet bland but the sauces make it more worth while. The more expensive foods range from 9 dollars each but will cost more. I was told bulk you get a percentage discount. They come in plastic containers which you get to keep. Reusable. The protein shakes are ok.
