Was in the area, googled healthy food and this place popped up. Stopped for lunch and was a little surprised. Walked in the store was empty but they were prepping food for orders. I grabbed a menu, everything is clean eats. I ordered chicken with sweet potatoes and broccoli. I couldnt wait to take a pic. Food was good.
Great variety of meals at affordable prices makes this so easy and convenient to eat well during training for us culinary challenged folks that don’t enjoy the shopping, prepping, and clean up involved in meal prep.
I was so hungry after my hike but couldn't go home and eat because I had to pick up my son at pre school so I was debating If I should sabotage my hike and go get some fast food since I couldn't go home and eat something clean then I decided to Google the word meal prep and this place popped up. I'm so happy did the food here was amazing The owner is such a sweetheart I will forever be coming back â¤ï¸
