The tacos were soooo good. I got two asada and two al pastor. Typically I eat all four easy. The portion sizes are incredible. Giant tortillas hechas a mano (handmade) y la salsita bien buena.
Went on search for Birillas. Found them here. Ordered Tacos De Birilla as well as one each of pork and cheese/jalapeño tamales, with horchata to wash it down. Amazing service, unbeatable food and excellent outdoor seating. If you're looking to get outside of the standard eat-in run of the mill Mexican restaurants and ready to try something more authentic, you would be wise to try this truck!
The quesabirria are huge and delicious the homemade tortillas def make that special extra yum factor and I hadn't had tejuino that actually tasted right in 20+ years I wish it had just a smidge less salt but still so good. Coming back for sure
