Been going to this place for years, I work in a building right next to the gas station where this place sits. The food is always excellent. They wear gloves and change their gloves after making each order. I've seen them wash their hands before they prepare an order as well, even if they then put on gloves. As for spice, there is no spice in there tacos and burritos. You can put some on yourself though, they ask if you want mild or hot and then give you a little small sauce...
We get tacos here three or four times a month. Always have a great experience. Tacos are always delicious. We’ve had a few other menu items too. Everything is always great.We like to call ahead so our order is ready when we get there.Don’t let the truck discourage you. Food is as good as any nearby restaurant.
Often the food is fantastic. I would say your chances of getting a delicious meal at Gutierrez Autentica are very good. My complaints are that the staff has too often not seemed grateful. They do say thank you, but, that's about it. Rarely do they return small-talk/smile, we all know what a friendly waitress/er is like, and we tip them better. I'm just not sensing they are happy/grateful - that cost them one star. If the food was a bargain, I'd say to myself...
