Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ

Food took too long to come out. Our salad came out as the last one. It was supposed to be an appetizer. Too long for a delay on food especially the food is not even cooked.

Mandy was our server. She took our party of 14 and handled it like a pro. She was attentive and super helpful and extremely kind. The food was amazing, like always.

Wasn't the best guy-kaku I've been to but wasn't horrible. The noodles were bland and my steak was really fatty but the appetizers were good.

Outstanding customer service! It was our second time here and both times have been exceptional with regards to both food quality and client satisfaction. Everyone who works here is always checking in on everyone to make sure they're happy. Even when we didn't realize we may have needed some help with our grill, they were right there ready to help. 10 out of 10! Every time!!

We came here for the first time and had a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, friendly, and super attentive. Our server made sure our 2-burner setup had everything we needed and guided us through the menu. We were celebrating my grandson's 2nd birthday, and even though it was a kid's party, the adults might've had even more fun! 😄 We stayed a bit past our time limit, but the staff was kind enough to let us enjoy ourselves without rushing. We chose the first set menu option, and it was plenty. The ribeye was hands-down the favorite at our table — so flavorful and juicy! Just a heads-up: the spicy option was whoa🔥 — even for us spice lovers. Maybe dial that one down just a notch. Other than that, this place is a gem. Great food, great vibes, and parking was a breeze. Highly recommend checking it out!

They didn't have ice because their machine was broken. The server was very unattended, and there are so many better choices than this place.

Always good eating here. Sweet soy sauce is a little different tasting from the other locations.

Great time was lots of fun did the meat lovers for two and it was plenty of food and a great selection and price

Wasn't a fan of the side options. They don't provide glass noodles or some other popular sides. They don't give garlic salt, or kimchi etc

Date night with the wife, it was over priced, quality of the meat was questionable for the prices. The seating arrangements were too close for comfort and the big group just made the experience overbearing at times with the noise level. Service was average, could have been more attentive.

Fantastic Experience for a Special Celebration! Mufasa was an awesome server—super attentive and friendly—along with the rest of the staff who made our visit truly enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the portion sizes were generous. We celebrated our daughter's 29th birthday here, and it couldn't have been more perfect. They even sang happy birthday to her, which added such a fun touch to the evening! Grilling your own food at the table was a blast, and we really appreciated the smokeless cookers that pull the smoke down—so different from traditional Korean BBQ where the smoke rises and lingers on your clothes. This place is such a fun, unique experience. Highly recommend for celebrations or just a great night out! Even cook some s'mores at the end for dessert!

It was a great experience with great food and even better company. It was a successful redo of the prior time we tried to come eat here 

Service was just okay. Waited 20 minutes just to eat out first round of meats. Literally sat there and none of our food came out on time. Came out really slow. Had to ask an employee about our dishes and seems like they were just sitting in the back. Was not worth the experience and it was our first time. Food was good. Service was slow and terrible for something “high end”

The service was disappointing despite the restaurant not being busy. The quality of the first round of meat was subpar, and we had to wait 15 minutes for the second round, which was noticeably fresher.
