Good food
The waitresses are very unfriendly, I think all of them, the food the times I have gone is always cold, the soup and not to mention the appetizers, the chorizo is cold, sometimes the soup has come out salty and that's why I never tip, it's too expensive and bad and the service is very bad...

Food is decent but the service is a bit slow, even when not too busy.
Terrible service. They took a while to serve us. We were waiting for 15 minutes. The food is very expensive for what it brings. The food is not that delicious. But above all the service. Very bad. If I could give it half a star I would put it

The food was the best and most authentic Colombian food I have tried in the entire bay area! I previously read other reviews and was nervous about how my experience would be but I completely disagree! The service and the waiters were also very courteous!

Terrible customer service! Definitely not here a manager or supervisor in charge who is interested in clients. The waitress had a bad attitude, making a bad face and when I asked her for the receipt of what I had paid she literally threw it on the table reluctantly and left. Will there be someone who trains the employees here well?

The attention is terrible, very bad
The waitresses do not serve with pleasure. They should pay attention and hire people who provide good service.

I was really hoping to like this place. My husband I drove up to San Jose (2.5 hours) to have a Colombian day. We hit up a couple Colombian restaurants. One for lunch, a bakery’s and This spot is what we chose for dinner. We order Chicharon and the fried fish two of my faves from Colombia. The chicharon was over cooked or recooked to the point of it being to dry to chew. I did like the dipping sauce, had a little kick to it. The fish had a burnt taste to it and didn’t have any flavor. We tried to finish as much as we could out of respect and not to waste the food but I left that to my husband lol. Maybe Saturday or Sundays are better but Friday was not it. We were also the only ones in there for dinner on a Friday night.

Nice establishment with good music playing. That’s where the good parts about this place end.
Food was bland, served in paper plates and plastic cups. Some of the silverware came out dirty. Also, it was really cold inside.
Terrible service. After we received the food, the server never came back to check on us.
It’s a Saturday evening and it is not surprising this place is not even half full.

Very bad service, it seems like one is asking for something free, apart from all the bad customer service, when it comes to paying the bill they make extra charges.
