I had a fantastic experience at Halal Gyro! The chicken and lamb kofta kebabs were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The gyro was filled with juicy meat, fresh veggies, and a delicious sauce. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. I’ll definitely be returning for more!

I ordered 2 skewers of chicken tikka and one lamb kofta.
What I got was 1 skewer of chicken and one lamb kofta. The chicken was stale and clearly from a previous day. Same goes for the rice. My stomach is hurting as I write this, clearly the food and sauce was not fresh.
It’s sad because for $20 you’d expect to get at least freshly prepared food. Customers don’t deserve old food.
Very disappointed.

I used to eat here pretty regularly when I worked down the block about five years ago.
Not sure what happened. Today was my first visit since.
I ordered the chicken tikka and beef kofte plate today and both meats were extremely overcooked and bone dry. Tough to eat. The only redemption was the seasoning was just right.
Maybe it was a bad day or something but the shop wasn't even busy by the time I arrived. I get the feeling the meat was pre-cooked and they just reheated it on the grill or something.
I'd hesitate to come back again.
It's ironic to me because what I used to really like here was the lamb over rice. And I remember one of the last times I came here I happened to order it that day and overheard the staff complaining to each other while they cooked it saying something like "nobody orders our other food, only lamb over rice. It isn't even our best item on the menu"
Man, if even lamb over rice isn't the best I'm not really sure what is based on today's food...

I visit here regularly, but I’ve noticed that recently, the taste and portion sizes have decreased.

I ordered a Falafel Gyro and a Qabili lamb and chicken tikka. The Falafel was fresh and delicious, and the tikka was fine, but the Qabili was old and not tasty. I deducted 2 stars due to the old rice.
Vegetarian options: Only Falafel Gyro and Falafel over rice are vegetarian dishes maybe more but I know these 2 menus.
