Do NOT choose this place for DoorDash. Called this location to ask what happened and no one spoke English. They canceled our order that we waited over 2 hours and the dasher was at the restaurant waiting for our food for 30-40min. Was not notified by either party of the cancelation. The only notification received was the dasher waiting for the food then it was on the way.Doordash took care of this problem but the restaurant said "no doordash" and everything spoken before and after was in Chinese.Get your restaurant off Doordash if you don't want any customers from them. My husband and I work odd hours in Healthcare and just wanted to choose a place to eat and have it delivered while we take care of things around the house. But waiting for 3 hours to be notified that it was cancelled is ridiculous. I've had restaurants call us and let us know. This was just canceled and refunded. Would've been nice to know so we could order something else immediately because we were too exhausted to move around.

Good north Eastern Chinese food restaurant. They do have dishes from other provinces. We like the toothpick cumin lamb.

Food was really good. The salt & pepper pork chop was well-seasoned (MSG was not added because I wasn't sleepy after).But I did have difficulty when ordering due to the cashier unable to speak English at all. When I was pointing out my orders in the English side of the menu, the cashier will flip the menu to the Chinese side. But she still couldn't understand that the cashier had to take out Google Translate & translate the English text of the menu. I actually I pointed out the "Eggplant with Garlic Sauce," then the cashier responded "Mapo Tofu" (I know Mapo Tofu because of a certain Korean Cooking show, portrayed the dish). I told the cashier "No, eggplant," the dish did come out as eggplant but in chili/spicy sauce (not garlic sauce).

Confusing online menu, it's in English but badly-translated and neither I nor my wife (a native Chinese speaker) can figure out what the dishes are; it would be better to put the Chinese name beside each one so we can read it ourselves.Phone ordering is confusing: the staff often don't know what dishes are available even if it's something we've gotten here before (happens even if we order in Chinese).Frequent issues with the credit card machine, sometimes this causes you to have to wait a while and your food gets cold.The food is good but we might not order again because it's just too hard to order and pick up.

Tasty food, huge portions, at very affordable prices. Some favorites are "fried chicken" 小炒雞, fried egg & shrimp 蝦仁炒蛋, hunan style stir fried pork and bean curd 湖南小炒. Packed up nicely for takeout.
