Decent Happy Lemon location! Ordered my usual passion fruit green tea with boba. I appreciate the staff that day making the drinks actually mix it before pouring it in to the cup. It is usually 50:50 for staff at most Happy Lemon locations to pour everything into the cup and shake it after it is sealed, but you can definitely taste the difference if it is mixed beforehand. Boba here cooked well too. Parking can be tight in the direct lot. Otherwise, adjacent lot should be free.

They make the BEST eggy waffle what can I say! Crispy crunchy on the outside, warm and gooey on the inside. Their salted cream has the right balance of creaminess and savory, it blends perfectly with a tea drink.

I think the drinks here at this location are consistently stellar, and there is always a gentleman that works there who is kind and polite! Today however, we went in and were greeted by two ladies, one with a cream claw clip and the other with a grey claw clip. The lady wearing the grey claw clip seemed to have a very sour attitude, making a face as she took customer orders. Then, when our drinks came out, she waved us down condescendingly instead of announcing the orders like the rest of the baristas. It was disrespectful to say the least and I hope I don’t have to encounter that type of service at this location again ? otherwise, this is my favorite location and I hope management will take this feedback into consideration.

Ordered from this store on UberEats and honestly it's getting annoying. I never get straws for my drinks like what is the purpose of drinking boba without a straw. It's really not that hard to put 2 piece of plastic inside the bag. Sorry, but my patience just can't deal with this. This has happened multiple times. If anyone is planning on buying boba, buy it in-store NOT online.

I got a taro milkshake with boba with my father along with a grape lemon slushy! I liked my drink and my Dad didn’t have to pay vey much! We had a great father-daughter outing there! We consider coming back next time.
