Decent Happy Lemon location! Ordered my usual passion fruit green tea with boba. I appreciate the staff that day making the drinks actually mix it before pouring it in to the cup. It is usually 50:50 for staff at most Happy Lemon locations to pour everything into the cup and shake it after it is sealed, but you can definitely taste the difference if it is mixed beforehand. Boba here cooked well too. Parking can be tight in the direct lot. Otherwise, adjacent lot should be free.

They make the BEST eggy waffle what can I say! Crispy crunchy on the outside, warm and gooey on the inside. Their salted cream has the right balance of creaminess and savory, it blends perfectly with a tea drink.

I think the drinks here at this location are consistently stellar, and there is always a gentleman that works there who is kind and polite! Today however, we went in and were greeted by two ladies, one with a cream claw clip and the other with a grey claw clip. The lady wearing the grey claw clip seemed to have a very sour attitude, making a face as she took customer orders. Then, when our drinks came out, she waved us down condescendingly instead of announcing the orders like...
