Standard Happy Lemon shop. Taste of drinks is consistent with other places, but….…This place is grimy!!! The chairs and walls are in need of a wash. You can see outlines on the chairs where a drink was obviously spilled and dirt collected around the stain.

not going back since the second visit sucks. 1. one of the drinks been dumped too much lemon, taste like lemon water. 2. didn't even ask and give me 100% sugar. I usually go with 0 or 25% 3. it doesn't have cup sleeve for hot teas, it's really hot. I don't mean I didn't get it. I mean there's no cup sleeve in their store at all. Weird for a drink store.

I've visited a lot of boba places but this by far is my favorite! Love their bubble waffles dipped in salted cheese. The bomb! The Ube Milktea with puffs - the bomb! It's hidden away from congested traffic so it's easy to find parking! Clean place & friendly staff!

After dinner; we ordered some drinks since we were nearby. It was 7pm on a weekday night, so not too busy. Service was friendly, the drinks were ok, but nothing special. I ordered a strawberry cream kind of drink and there was one I had in San Mateo that I enjoyed more.Fortunately there was plenty of parking, so no issues there.

Ordered 2 passion fruit green teas 25% sweet, but it wasn’t made light sweet. My friend and I could barely drink it because it was so sweet.

We have been coming here since it opened. Great location and easy to get to with parking. Over the last few months the service has been mediocre at best. They rarely seem to get the order right. To make it worse even a bubble waffle that is pretty easy to make -- they provided a broken cold waffle when it should have been warm and fresh. We pay a lot to have these kind of items and when they don't come out right it is a bad look. I love the products and food when they are done right but this location lacks the ability to get the orders right. I can't imagine what it would be like on a busy day.I hope the management will see this review along with some of the other ones. This place has great location but need to get back to the core of the business which is SERVICE - and product DONE RIGHT!

I really liked that this location is adjacent to many food options. I didn't realize that this location is in the same parking lot as Trader Joe's ( closest to Taco Bell ).Service was great super friendly and helpful while making decisions about what waffle to get .. to dip or not dip lol Ambiance is small but does have a gender neutral restroom , an accessibility table perfectly in front of pick up section . Overall we had a great time with my son Elijah hearing the upbeat music and trying out new drink flavors . Will be returning ! Pro tip : download the Happy Lemon app and scan before check out to accumulate points.

Coffee with Salted Cheese - 5/5 This is one of the best drinks I've ever had and will go specifically to this happy lemon as other locations do not have it Mango Matcha - 3/5 This was good as a mango smoothie. Could not taste the matcha at all.

Good spot if you're craving boba since they consistently deliver good quality drinks quickly. Once you order there is a TV screen with live wait times for how long your order is taking to prepare which is nice to know. Got one of the popular drinks (boba milk tea with puff cream) and found it yummy but really sweet. I have no idea what puff cream is but I am a fan.

Fist time ever going to Happy Lemon. I really wasn't pleased with customer service, the cleanliness of this location. I had the Okinawa Boba milk tea regular and another with 25% sugar. Omggg it's still way to sweet. I really doubt I'll be going back every again to happy lemon

I have been coming to this Happy Lemon for years since I used to live in the area, so it pains me to write this. The Mango Matcha and Okinawa Milk Tea here never failed me. However, I tried their Green Milk Tea and it was AWFULLY watered down. No jasmine tea flavor at all. Tasted like water and milk. The quality has seemed to fall over the years.
