We just picked up some bubble tea, and my drink was literally 2/3rds ice. There are only 3 sips of actual liquid in the whole cup. I know there are ordering options for less ice, but this is a unexpectedly absurd amount for the "regular ice" option.

I do not even drink boba. Ordered 2 times from Doordash for my co-workers and they both handed me with missing salted cheese (the most important thing for the drink). This time I came to the store to order and they messed my whole order (3 drinks all wrong). Noticed that by the time I ordered, they have 5 employees standing, joking, and laughing to each other. I HAD CALLED to request a remake. I had to drive back to the store for the remake and no one even wanted to talk or apologize like it’s not their mistakes. The remake still had one of the drinks WRONG. Smh. I had to wait for another 10 minutes. They are lucky because my co-workers seem to like Happy Lemon. To the management: you need to train your employees again or they will ruin your business. If needed, lay off incapable employees and hire better ones. You don’t want to throw your money into the window.

Severely understaffed on a Friday evening. And their prices are the third most expensive I've ever been to.
The only reason i’m writing this review is because of the service. I was pretty nervous to order something new so when i got an okinawa milk tea (D11) i realized my mistake. i had got it with fresh milk meaning the drink was almost entirely milk. However, as i told the cashier my conundrum, the cashier was still incredibly nice and welcoming. she offered to make me the okinawa roasted milk tea (D13) to replace the one i already ordered. and nail in the coffin was that the new drink is now one of my favorites. she was completely understanding and sweet and i’m definitely coming back!! <33

I love Happy Lemons product. It is a bit more expensive than the average boba place, my drink is usually $7 dollars so I limit my visits to once a week. 99% of the time my drink has been correct and I never wait long at all. Even the one time my drink was incorrect and I had a problem getting it corrected with the staff that was in store I did contact management via email and it was corrected and addressed immediately.
