Just okay boba shop. So far I have given this place multiple chances by coming back each time and try different items.Most of the items are just decent milk tea and nothing special. The only thing I could recommend is passion fruit green tea.
Parking: Plenty of free parking lots in the shopping center

I ordered an oreo bubble waffle, but I received a different flavor, most likely chocolate. My sister had ordered oreo before, and this did not taste like that waffle. My friend overheard that the employee (ID: 175801) might have given me the wrong order on purpose so that he could bring the oreo one to his mom. I wanted to give the waffle to my mom, as well. By the way, the chocolate waffle did not taste good. :(

Solid Happy Lemon spot in Vietnam town!Always a huge fan of Happy Lemon! This is one of my more favorite spots to go to! Staff is friendly and detailed. They will take the time to make the drinks and shake them before pouring into the cups.I always get a passion fruit green tea with boba, 25% sugar, and 25% ice. I've been here a few times, and I don't remember an instance with their boba being bad.Parking can be a bit tough. Huge fan of moving their cards/gift cards to their app!

Hmmmm passion fruit green Tea, Ube Milk Tea with Taro balls so yummy! I have been getting lots of other milk tea and fresh fruit Teas. I Normally stop by the Mckee Road Location next to popeye chicken. Popular drinks I have ordered here include: passion fruit green, Strawberry green tea, Dragon Fruit Lemon slushy, and Dragon Fruit Smoothie are my favorites! Limited Snacks Options but I definitely love to try the Macha Waffles!????
