It was cold night and everyone expect something nice warm and hot coffee or tea but I received cold instead of hot after waiting 10 minutes and having hard time finding parking spot. Why would open a cubicle size business to make money if you don’t have parking and understand English language

This is a well-known Boba tea chain. The store itself is a bit small, but it offers traditional Asian teas that are hard to find in Washington State. Definitely worth stopping by—be sure to try the D13!
