Hey Chicken San Jose

I received my food cold. The french fries were hot and basically the best tasting item on my tray. The wings they offer with the combo were very dry as if they deep fried them twice. I may gave them another try, but not anytime soon.

A small place - nothing negative to say about it - just wasn't a place that wowed ME and my particular tastes - been there twice, second time I went with a friend for lunch but opted to not get anything

Good Crispy Chicken Sandwich that you can customize the flavor by adding the powder seasonings they offer like Garlic, Szechuan and more. Sandwich had a sweet bun, mayo and shredded lettuce. Popcorn Chicken was also good. Reasonably priced. Quick service.

I would say - the flavor wasn't breaking any ground here. The texture was crispy and nice crunch, but lacked a bit of a long term "wow, hey chicken has an x factor for me"

The first order came out super cold as well, but they immediately replaced the order with a new one so win-win for that one!

I would say the atmosphere could be improved though, tables were nothing to write home about and i don't see a big perk in dining in except the freshness of the food

Hey Chicken San Jose is a gem! The food here is top-notch, and you can tell they put effort into both the quality and presentation. I tried the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and it was hands-down one of the best I’ve had. The chicken was juicy and crispy, with just the right amount of seasoning, and the bun was fresh and soft.

The Hey Chicken Crispy Box was perfect for sharing – crispy, flavorful, and not overly greasy. I also ordered the Strawberry Pineapple drink, which was so refreshing and packed with real fruit flavor, a perfect way to complement the meal.

I recently visited Hey Chicken San Jose and was blown away by the quality and flavor of the food! HIDDEN GEM. If youre from anywhere except america and miss KFC back home, THIS IS IT. I'm jamaican and miss jamaican KFC so much and this is by far the closest thing ive found to it- and I see a lot of people here saying it reminds them of KFC in china. 100% reccomend :)

First time trying this place since they opened, also it’s pretty close to my work. Had a pleasure of trying crispy chicken sandwich, popcorn chicken and wings.
Everything was fresh and Tasty ?
