Fantastic venue for parties…kids, offices, etc. Spacious facility…good for soccer, basketball, hockey and cornhole too. Friendly and knowledgeable staff!!

We had an aweful experience with the event manager, who is not even present at the facility, even on the day of your event.The 2 stars is for the manager present at the Plex, Jose, and the kitchen staff that were amazing and went out of their way to make the experience unforgettable. The event manager, Isabel Mendoza, took 1 week to answer our questions and book the event. We had to leave several emails and phone calls before she answered us. On the say of the event. I got texts and calls from family and friends that their kids were sick with Covid, and as a result, only 8 out of 20 kids showed up. The staff told me that I had to call Isabel on Monday since she is off Saturday and Sunday and she is not even at the facility. I called on Monday and told her what happened and to give us a bit of a break since this was an unforseen event that happened, and she told me she would call me back. I had to call her myself on Wednesday, and she said she spoke with someone and she could not do anything, which is so absurd. Therefore, we would still go to the Plex but we would not reserve any events here anymore.

We did a birthday party there. Extremely unorganized, overpriced and they won't work with ypu. If you have a question or a concern, it takes them 10 days to call back. All the employees were saying negative things about the management and plannets and were unhappy.

Great place to have fun with kids , arcade games, kids corner, . You need to book a skating rink and soccer fields before you go . We lucked on finding a small one for us. But otherwise packer with birthday parties. Fun for kids 4-12.Staff is friendly. Good pizzas and drinks.

They are completely racist, the manager favorites white people and prefers white people. They are very messy, they don’t know how to run everything that’s why everybody complains, even the refs from the games are completely rude.

My dear friend Elsa is especially events planner of this wonderful place It's a great place where you can go play different games bring your children and feel safe there's so many opportunities so many things to do there You can stay there all day and night and never get bored It's a great place to hang out and an even better place for you to bring your children and feel safe

The men’s adult soccer desk is very un-organized and disjointed. They hardly ever answer the phones and they’re constantly late with posting the weekly schedules. Aside from this the facilities are great.

I usually never write reviews, but this one in particular...been trying to contact this place for 2 and half weeks now because I want to give my guests an advanced notice. Been trying to reach out through email, through any phone machine, even went in person to talk to ANY one about the questions we have...no one currently knows any ones work hours. Been messaging the adult coordinator via email and phone call, nothing has been happening ever since. The automated call line is no help, constantly tells us to press numbers, and ends with a voicemail. We've also tried to register through the website. Haven't received anything back. Contacted a whole lot of different numbers, what's the point of having a website, emails, AND phone numbers when no one reaches back to you? Its ridiculous. Judging by the 4..4/5 star reviews, I was hoping to get accommodated with the best service. Never would I have thought this is the level of service I'd be getting.

Wish they had classes for special needs kids even 1:1 would help. Otherwise it’s a good place we have been to few kids birthday parties here.

Great place to have kids' activities. The place has gone through updates since it was acquired by a new management group. Hope to bring more activities for kids besides the soccer and hockey class
The place was awesome, and very big. I was able to take both my kids to the kids corner and they had a great time on the rock climbing walls and the inflatable jumpy houses

This place is awesome. We were there for a box lacrosse tournament and there is good food, a beer wall, and endless activities for young kids! My toddler loved the arcade and all the bounce houses. Can't wait to put him in one of the toddler soccer programs.

I only can really speak to the free skate.It was fun, the DJ was awesome. Dinged a star because the toe stop came off my husband's rental skates. Thankfully nothing bad happened, but it still seems like something that should be checked out before handing over the skates.

It's a very nice place and awesome friendly staff! But the kids corner is very small (only climbing wall and jumping/sliding inflatables) and parents are not allowed! Don't get that part and it's frustrating to go spend time with my kids and have to be separated. Also the arenas are very nice only that you have to book them online ahead of time... Kind of becoming useless and mostly arcade time, which is not good. The food there is super expensive and only standard quality
