Had the vegan creamy ramen and it was delicious! Only complaint was that the vegetables and toppings were cold, as if they had just come out of the fridge. The thickness of the noodles was somewhere in between traditional ramen and udon. Their vegan broth rivals Marufuku’s, I think, but I prefer how Marufuku does their vegan ramen overall because the ingredients, both temperature- and texture-wise, meld together better.
I’ll try the other two vegan/vegetarian ramen...

Excellent Ramen noodle dishes. Available as spicy as you like. Plenty of vegetarian options. Zen Ramen was very good. Clean and quiet, with good service and reasonable portions. Convenient downtown location.

My favorite Ramen place in the city! Their broth is definitely better tasting than other chains. Chicken Karage and Macha Ice Cream are the staples. Try their homemade broth for the best flavors.
