One of the worst restaurants I’ve visited in the Bay Area. The food had a terrible smell and tasted awful. They didn’t even give us a receipt, so we had no idea why it cost so much.

This place is so cool! The customer service is super attentive and the food is delicious and comes out quickly. You can customize how it’s seasoned, too. Everything we got was tasty, and it’s so affordable for a skewer place!

order skewers and beer and sake on your phone. amazing veggie skewers, the lamb kidney was amazing, great chicken skin, chicken hearts, beef, shrimps, delicious spice rubs. my only complaint is the rice could have used a lil seasoning on the side. 10/10 one of my fav spots in the bay.

The performance was extremely inconsistent today. The lamb skewers I bought were full of tough sinew, and the kids couldn't chew them. It was all wasted. The meat wasn't fresh either. Very disappointed.

Delicious skewer place, food were all well seasoned and using fresh ingredients. Didn’t see much discuss about this place on social media, but after first visit, I’d definitely recommend here to people enjoy Chinese style skewers. We ended up $50 per person for skewer only, and both of us were stuffed. If you ordered some entrees, the price would be cheaper. Only one item I feel could be improved was the chicken skin, it was a little too dry for me, probably fired too much.

Definitely the best in the area. They have a great amount of beer you can choose from. Great place to hangout at! Great food, service...I really enjoyed the Chicken skin appetizer, the intestine, lamg and oysters! Will make this one of my regular spots. Very comfortable and relaxing restaurant.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of Vegan options. Great variety.
Parking: Huge parking lot. It would be impossible not to find parking at the LIONs Plaza.
Homey skewer is indeed a homey place with only 5-6 tables. The prices are reasonable; I wasn't afraid to order a little more and the bill ended up being less than any other skewer place I went to in the last 2 years.You know how some skewer places seem to flavor their skewers with one overpowering spice? Not here! The skewers are well-seasoned; sweet, spicy, and savory. Relative to other places, the beef tendon and chicken skin are standouts. And I don't even like tendon that much but the one here is particularly palatable.There was only one server wearing a Stussy shirt when we went. He was very friendly and asked us if we needed any introduction of the menu, named each skewer as he brought them over (they are not always so clear), refilled our waters, and checked in on us during our meal.
