I just checked in so far and everyone has been so nice and cooperative but Mr Sushiil ( Concierge) has been very nice and just the best making me feel at home here at the fairmont which I recommend you repay this man who carries much kindness and generosity.
Covid has really affected the service level and amenities offered at even an elite hotel like the Fairmont. No bell hops so you have to lug your own items from the car to your room, limited access to restaurants and amenities. They only have 20% of the normal rooms available and a very limited staff. Hotel chains & their staff are really suffering during the Covid restrictions imposed in CA.
