Excellent Vietnamese and asian fusion food. Staff is very friendly and engaging. As long as it is not too busy, they would be happy to chat with you on a variety of topics. Fun place to hang out when there is a sports game on, or even to do some work outside of office. A variety of drink options too, and they are constantly upgrading their offerings.
Parking: Go around the Walgreens’s and get to the back of the building, there is a large lot there and can access the back door.

Good place to watch sports with friends. Many flat screens and space is relatively free from smoke. PG to R ratings for Viet coffee shops. Menu include coffee and some Viet fast food. Lots of parking.I went here for 2022 World Cup Final. Place is packed to the hilt. Lots of enthusiastic fans on both sides. Drums and horns were also present. Loads of fun. With the game going to penalty really upped the yelling and hollering but no violence. Just clean fun. Been here for 2 WC finals. Will come back again for next Final. Also this Final send to attract more ladies and few kids also.
