Excellent Vietnamese and asian fusion food. Staff is very friendly and engaging. As long as it is not too busy, they would be happy to chat with you on a variety of topics. Fun place to hang out when there is a sports game on, or even to do some work outside of office. A variety of drink options too, and they are constantly upgrading their offerings.Parking: Go around the Walgreens’s and get to the back of the building, there is a large lot there and can access the back door.

Good place to watch sports with friends. Many flat screens and space is relatively free from smoke. PG to R ratings for Viet coffee shops. Menu include coffee and some Viet fast food. Lots of parking.I went here for 2022 World Cup Final. Place is packed to the hilt. Lots of enthusiastic fans on both sides. Drums and horns were also present. Loads of fun. With the game going to penalty really upped the yelling and hollering but no violence. Just clean fun. Been here for 2 WC finals. Will come back again for next Final. Also this Final send to attract more ladies and few kids also.

First off I have never been to a Vietnamese Coffee House... I have to give credit to Annie who works here. She saw it on my face, but she made the experience perfect. I put my order choices in her hands and she delivered perfectly. Went back the next day to have more. I really liked how authentic it felt. Hard to explain but it wouldn't have been the same if Annie wasn't so accommodating. She even gave me suggestions of other restaurants to try while I was in town. (Which we're also amazing) The staff made the difference here. You bet this guy from Seattle will be back. :)

Went here for a quick dinner around 6:30 on a sunday. Warriors vs Celtics game was on, so the place was packed. There's TV's plastered everywhere. You'll be able to see a screen pretty much anywhere you sit. I got com bo luc lac aka Vietnamese shakin' beef. Meet was tender per usual. This place seems to use a lot of minced garlic in their recipe--which is great because I'm a garlic junkie. The plate also came with a small side of chicken stock with scallions, which was a bonus! Makes it more of a complete Vietnamese meal because we usually always have some sort of soup to complement our meals. I wish more places included that. I also got a coconut grass jelly drink. It was loaded with tons of grass jelly and other juicy chewables. 10/10 And of course, this is a Vietnamese coffee shop. You get served by very attractive waitresses. They're not almost naked like other places, but still show plenty of skin. Service for sure stood out as they were very attentive. I noticed they shot the s*** a lot with (presumably) the regulars. Another bonus about the place was that the smell of smoke/cigarettes didn't permeate the shop. Usually smoking at other spots make it somewhat nauseating, but here actually felt good to breathe lol. Overall it's a good place to chill and zone out. Will try here again sometime when it's not so packed. And oh yeah, this place is cash only
