This restaurant offers some of the best Vietnamese specialty dishes in town. It is located in a busy complex with many restaurants and boba coffee shops, attracting plenty of visitors. The food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable, especially for takeout.

Huế Vietnamese Food in South San Jose is always packed, which set my expectations high. It’s good, but I’m not at all convinced it deserves the constant line-out-the-door hype.
That said, they’re famous for Bánh Bèo and I get why. The rice cakes with ground shrimp are tasty, especially with the dried shrimp on top. Definitely the highlight and worth ordering.
The Bún Bò Huế with oxtail looked amazing but was just okay. A bit oily and not as flavorful as it looked.
The real miss was the Bún Thịt Nướng.
Sliced grilled pork served over vermicelli & vegetables. The pork was dry. Try it but manage expectations. Popular doesn’t always mean flawless.

fairly decent bun bo hue! can be a line up during lunch on weekends. Fairly quick service once you are seated. Good pricing. Parking can be tricky if it's busy.
Their bon bo hue or spicy rice noodle soup from Hue is superb. The soup is super aromatic and they give you very generous portions of meat. The price is very reasonable and everything is optimized to the maximum. People are super warm and helpful.

Good food for so cheap, i haven’t pay $31 for a meal for 2 people in many years
A go-to spot for us since my parents love their bánh bèo and bún bò Huế. Food is always solid. Parking can be tricky, so come early before lunch gets busy.

TLDR: fair prices for bomb food, credit cards accepted and would come back again
We were trying a bunch of different spots so we ended up with one bun bo hue, one ban xeo and one viet iced coffee. The ban xeo came with five rice cakes with dried shrimp and a chicharron, very tasty. The bun bo hue was full of flavor yet still light and not too heavy. They don’t skimp on the meat either. The viet iced coffee was so strong I had to add some iced water to it so I could drink it!

Phenomenal place to eat food from Central Vietnam. Mostly known for their Bun Bo Hue, spicy noodle soup, they also have good options such as Banh Ram It for the appetizer or try another dish like the Mi Quang.
The prices are very reasonable and much cheaper than other places in the Bay for large quantities and good quality.
Note it gets quite busy in the evenings, so make sure to arrive earlier. There is generally plenty of seating inside.
