It’s a great place to eat traditional Hue Vietnamese food. A pretty popular place for Mi Quang, banh beo, and bun Bo Hue.

This place used to be a tiny restaurant with a few tables, but recently they expanded it and much roomier. Usually you have to wait a little for a table during peak hours.

The place is very busy but due to high traffic it’s worn down a bit. Our family of 5 ordered 4 banh beo, 1 banh ram it, and 1 bun Bo with Bo tai and it came out to be about $55. Which is not too bad. They made everything fresh so all the food was great. The bun Bo with Bo tai was a bit weird, doesn’t go well together. Should have try the original.

Overall, it’s always great to eat at this place.

It was a rainy Monday afternoon, when I decided it was time to share some culture with my partner. We went to Hue restaurant to have some delicious viet food and it lived up to my expectations. We ordered the banh beo, banh xeo, and bun bo hue. The banh beo was delicious but the best part was definitely their nuoc mam with a subtly spicy twist. The bun bo hue was a classic and hit all the right marks and actually had a good amount of toppings. Finally the banh xeo was huge and so crispy. It took a really long time for the banh xeo to come (I started to think they missed my order), but when it came out, it was perfectly crispy and flavorful. Though service can be super slow and a little confusing, this place has all the hallmarks of a good Vietnamese restaurant. Overall, I really enjoyed everything and it was so filling,

Pretty authentic Hue style vietnamese food. Service is quick and food is pretty good with giant portions.
I think there are better places for all bun bo hue and their rice cake appetizers in SJ but overall service here is good and they have more options on the menu if you don't want to go somewhere where they only sell one item .

Got food poisoning from it. Pretty sure it's this because it's all I ate the entire day.

A very solid option for traditional Vietnam food, special HUE food. Good menu, new welcoming interior decor, good prices. Recommended.

If you want regional Hue Vietnamese food with the little snacks like the shrimp inside a chewy mochi like thing and a gooey rice and shrimp over a fried donut and little rice cake dishes with dried minced shrimp, then this is the place.

The bun bo hue here is missing the banana blossoms. There's another place I would go that sells and specializes in Bun Bo Hue only.

So good!

Bun Bo is pretty good. I like my broth a little more seasoned and pork hocks a bit softer.
Update: I keep coming back because they are probably the best bun bo game in San Jose. They recently update their recipe as well. The broth is more seasoned, and the pork hocks are much softer.

Great spot for Vietnamese food. They have a variety of noodles dishes, rice dishes, and appetizers. They even have vegetarian options. I really like the appetizers here like the Banh Beo, Banh Bot Loc, Banh Ram It. The prices are decent.

Came on a friend's recommendation and overall it was fine.
Usually don't go to these types of restaurants but the food was good and at a relatively good price point.

Had to ask for water and our orders came out really spread apart so one of us was nearly done eatting by the time my order came out but it is what it is.

Affordable good food. What more do you want? OK, maybe more parking during rush hours, but maybe that's a stretch.

I found this store back in COVID time, 2021, through doordash. I did enjoy the food a lot. It was like the other local businesses, seems like this store had a tough time too. After all those years, I am happy to see that they are doing better and have more attention. Whenever I hang out with my Viet friends, I often bring them here to have food.

One of the best places that sell best bĂșn bĂČ Huáșż. I have been to many places but the dishes here hit differently. Must try bĂșn bĂČ Huáșż in this store.

Really good portion with various meat options. They have all pork blood, veggies like real bĂșn bĂČ Huáșż in Vietnam. Other stores that I visited do not have these.

Afterall, it was good experience. Hope that you can keep it up and still be my favorite store!

First time visiting and it was busy. It seems like a popular place since people was willing to wait in line.

Tried their bun bo hue and some of the appetizers. The food is ok. I didn't care for the bun bo hue. The flavors was a bit light for me. If you're new to bun bo hue flavor than this is a good place to start.

The appetizers are good but the dishes itself is ok. It's a good place to start for beginners.
