The aftertaste reminds me of cup noodles so I think they use MSG 🤔
Also the air was a bit wet and funny smelling so we sat near the door and it was better.
House special beef copper pot noodles tasted the same as “Special rice noodles with beef bone” except with tomatoes and topped with chives which was a bit surprising.
The beef that comes with the special rice noodles with beef bone are super spicy.
Stinky tofu and edamame are pretty good.
The bok choy side is just water boiled veggies unseasoned. (not bad but not special)

It’s my kids’ favorites noodle place, recommended to many friends. Staff is always nice and responsive.
Very good rice noodles！A large portion of food, I have a light taste and my mom prefers more flavor， I ordered the mushrooms and she got the tomato beef, we both are very satisfied the noodles. Staffs are very friendly, they call us immediately when they found my mom left her hat in the restaurant. Very good service!

Horrible rude service for delivery pick up. I came to pick up an order, double verified the order in front of her and when I told her I couldn't "complete pick up" (not only starts the travel clock but is also a breech in contract) until I was given the food she refused to give it to me, I gave in to her demands and this caused the customer to be upset because it was 3 min late(the time it took me to get back to my car because parking lot was full) then to spite me she gives me a low rating that took away my work benefits all because she doesn't understand the process. It is a breech in contract to even show the confirmation in general and to demand to expose the customer's private address is borderline illegal

Delicious authentic Chinese mifen. Tried the assorted beef noodles, not very spicy, and fried, basil chicken. Everything was very flavorful. Food came 5 min after ordering. Good value and service. Will come back to try more items on the menu.

Let me share my feelings. A few days ago, my friend recommended that I go there for the first time. After eating, both of us fell ill. My friends may ask why. I don’t know why. When I got home after eating, I started coughing, thinking that the food was spicy. I didn’t pay attention to it, but it got worse in the evening and both of them had sunburn the next day😅😅😅

I ordered a Togo rice bowl. It tasted good but the rice was all soaked in chili oil. I’d suggest to separate rice and topping like what you do for your noodles.

Good enough Hunan rice noodle / mifen place - 3.5 out of 5. Not the most authentic Hunan style but I was pleasantly surprised they had this particular pickle vegetable - xuelihong 雪里蕻 which is usually hard to find. But I found the beef way too oily.
Portions were also pretty small for the side dishes.
Good service and only take 12% service fee.
