Love the Taro smoothie , great service, and ir wasnt todo busy
Milk Tea Boba (4/5):
--- Tea (5/5): The tea flavor was nicely developed and truly enjoyable.
--- Pearls (3/5): Unfortunately, the pearls were too hard, which slightly detracted from the overall experience.
I first tried mango sago with i-tea after work at amazon event farmer market. It was surprisingly good. Then I visit their store to try watermelon frosty. They use fresh watermelon pieces and taste really good. On top they offer rame. I try spicy kimchi ramen. Broth is tasty, noodle are crunchy and good. Toppings are fresh and they give a lot. The place is very clean with plenty of party spaces. It's really a must try if you're in San Jose area. Near Alma DMV
Surprisingly good milk tea, nice and clean shop.
Great service and ramen + price! Tonkatsu ramen quality is excellent for the price and size. The charsiu was roasted and the boiled egg was a perfect medium. It exceeded my expectations and I’ve been to many upscale Japanese restaurants globally. The gentleman who was working was also very kind to offer a secluded space for my dog inside while I dined in, given that my dog was originally waiting outside. This is great service. Needless to say, I will be coming back.
Cool store. The food and drinks are really good and there are lots of options. Only complaint is the music is always way too loud I can barely hear my friends talking
Itd def be 5 stars if not for that
Ordered three drinks and takoyaki, took them 40 minutes and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Mango sago tasted so artificial and not fresh at all, very bad in comparison to other nearby options. Mango fruit tea was solid. Takoyaki was not flavorful. Unfortunately the extraordinarily long wait makes me not recommend this location.
They have really have good service
My first time here. Service is great. Food spicy (I love it). And you can actually taste the tea. Will be coming again very soon
Nice place. Not a lot of people since they are still on soft opening. Menu could use some clarification since it didnt say what toppings the drinks came in (I assumed they didnt, but the lady said it came with toppings). Havent tried the drinks yet so cant comment on that
Update:
Just finished drinking my order and the drinks are good. Prices are comparable to pre-pandemic boba prices. Definitely good value for your money. Will make sure to come by whenever we are in the area.

This place just opened up not too long ago. I’ve been wanting to try it and I’m glad I did !
It’s in a little food plaza with plenty of parking. There is a plenty of tables and chairs inside. It’s an average size shop but not too big of a space.
You order on screen by the cashier. I ordered the strawberry mango tea and my boyfriend ordered a kiwi tea. Both were great. They do have some food options as well.
I will be coming back for sure because that strawberry mango tea was soo good ?

Our new go-to spot for boba + casual Japanese-ish food. Fast turn around and quality food; 50% sweet for boba is exactly right. The Kiwi Fruit Tea is a great Halloween drink ? ? ?

Stopped by I-Tea SR tonight after driving by their soft opening sign. The ambiance is very nice and settling with a lot of great wall designs to give the atmosphere a welcoming feel.
First thing I noticed was their variety of all types of teas consisting of both Taiwanese and Japanese.
Ordered the peach tea, along with the peach oolong tea as well for my girlfriend and I, and the teas had both great flavor and were quite refreshing.
On top of the teas I was blown away by their options in both ramen and udon, which was a nice change to see from just the limited options of just popcorn chicken and takoyaki you would only find at most tea shops.
Had the shoyu tonkatsu and the black garlic oil ramen, which my girlfriend and I were very pleasantly surprised as well. From the noodles, chachu, and the perfectly cooked egg to go along with the savory broth, it was the perfect meal to end the day.
We will definitely add this to one of our go-to tea spots that San Jose has to offer.

I ordered through Uber Eats.
Roasted Oolong Milk Tea(Tall) was fantastic.
Since I prefer less sweetness, I opted for 30% sugar, and it was just the perfect level of sweetness.
The subtly sweetened tapioca pearls were a good size and had the perfect texture.
Black Garlic Ramen arrived carefully packaged.
It came with a generous amount of toppings, even without extra charges, and I was especially happy to see the marinated egg and Charsiu included.
The broth was rich and flavorful, but I wasn’t completely satisfied with the quality of the noodles.
While I think the noodles could be improved, the tapioca milk tea was perfect, so I’m giving it five stars.
If this place were closer to home, I’d definitely be a regular.

Ordered via UberEats since they have BOGO offer on select food and drinks. For food, it has to be exactly the same but for drink, they let you customize the toppings. So we got 2 black garlic ramen, 2 Tonkotsu ramen & 2 Hokkaido milk tea (since it comes with 2 toppings but only 10 cent extra on UberEats). Lots of noodle on the ramen but chasu size is a bit small. Not sure if paying $1 extra for black garlic ramen is worth it since it's almost identical to Tonkotsu ($12.95) but price is still very reasonable. The boba is still a bit too sweet even tho I ordered 50% Sweetness. Hokkaido milk tea comes with boba & egg pudding by default. I substitute my 2nd free one with crystal boba & grass jelly. Toppings portion are pretty generous and all are good. Will definitely be back again to try their fruit tea.
Disclaimer: I don't think they're related to other I-Tea chain, given the different logo and menu. Not sure what SR stands for
