Very odd restaurant with bad food and staff that were unresponsive. The service was ridiculously poor for what they charge. The aloof disposition was frustrating. We would not go back. Only 7 people were there and that was too much for staff to handle.
This place was popular when it opened, and I heard food was good but looks it is not anymore. Sparkling wine was flat. We ordered the $98 set menu. Course I, Steamed Dim Sum, was OK, just ordinary. We could probably get fresher dim sum at a local casual place. Course II, Chaozhou Style Abalone, it was hardened after being pickled in vinegar and could not eat all. Course III, shared items: Lemongrass Lobster, the balance between the lobster and the sauce was off, with too much sauce that was too strong, ruining the taste of the lobster. Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin, there is something wrong with the beef; it might have been old. Stir-Fried Lotus Roots & Asparagus and Seafood Fried Rice, the two items that seemed the least special were actually delicious. After that, the mango dessert was the best. We ordered the most expensive course, but the items we expected to enjoy were disappointing. The service was good, but the food was so poor that it was almost comical. I don't think there's a reason to go back there.
We were there to celebrate a birthday and booked the afternoon high tea tower and added some steamed and crispy dim sum. Since the tower was all sweets and desserts we had the dim sum first. We ordered a pot of Phoenix oolong tea which was very fragrant. I am happy with what we ordered and thought the crispy dimsum was unique and tasty and the tea patisserie set was outstanding and a great deal for $50! They also comped a birthday creme brûlée and prepared a hand written birthday card. Will definitely come back for future special occasions.
The ambience is on point here! The food was also pretty good. The portions were great sizes for 2 people. The strawberry mousse dessert was REALLY good. I would definitely go back in the future.
The restaurant is nice. The food however was not meeting my expectations. For the price and ambiance I was expecting the food to be more beautifully displayed and more tasty. Out of all the dishes we had the peking duck was good however the presentation and amount that was given is not worth it for the price.
Food isn’t very good, very average for price. Great service, but wouldn’t come again
I was honestly a little skeptical given the reviews about service and the main menu, but my experience with a family of 4 during Afternoon Tea was delightful.
A cute set menu of petit-fours with Asian fusion set on a very visually appealing stand. Tea selection was also easy and descriptive and well worth the money. You definitely do pay more for the atmosphere which usually throws me off, but for tea time, the price is justified.
I recommend coming in on a slow day that way you're guaranteed that the pastries won't run out. I'm not sure if they're made in-house, but it does taste like it.
Out of the 10 desserts, the highlight for me was the Ube Cheesecake and the Mandarin Orange Mousse. Subtle, sweet flavor that isn't overpowering or teeth-rattling sweet. The flowers are also a delicate touch. Perfect for a nice first date. Delicious.

The experience, decor and service is amazing. The only reason I rated 4 (wish there's a 4.5 option to pick) is that there's room for improvement for food. It's decent and good quality but I wasn't blown away. Very good experience overall.
We recently visited iChina for afternoon tea and were impressed by the delicious desserts and flavorful tea. The dim sum was also quite good. The ambiance of the restaurant was fantastic, and we really enjoyed it. However, the service was disappointing. The staff member assigned to our table was not friendly and his behavior seemed rude and unprofessional. As first-time visitors, we were let down by the lack of genuine hospitality. While the food and ambiance were excellent, the service experience needs improvement.

Very modern decor and the food was delicious. Just be careful about which part of the restaurant you book for and also what kind of meal you are reserving (afternoon tea with the tower vs a la carte menu).

I recently dined at iChina and was thoroughly impressed. The decor is stunning, with a jade green theme carried through every detail. The comfortable seating, coupled with ambiance, adds to the overall experience. Came on a Thursday 4:30 right before dinner time. So we ordered from the lunch menu.
The menu offers a good rang of selections, from dim sum to Southeast Asian noodles, catering to a variety of tastes. There's also a prix fixe menu that looks fantastic, though I didn’t get to try it as it seemed like too much food for two people. The dim sum samplers come in sets of three, beautifully presented.
The waiting staff is thoughtful and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Dinner service starts at 5 PM—definitely worth a visit!

I usually write reviews when I want to support a local business, and I think that this restaurant should be supported. The inside of the restaurant is gorgeous and dining inside is an experience on its own. The food was good and the portions were of generous size. I think the food could have been a bit more flavorful and less traditional, but, overall, the dining experience was to our liking. The service was great.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was good, but nothing very special. We were very disappointed with the seafood fried rice. It came out really late and seemed to have been put together in a hurry. Completely devoid of any seasoning and tasted really bland. The waiter was gracious enough to take it off our bill since it came out really late and we did not enjoy it.

Overrated and overpriced. My dish (claypot seabass) was good, although very sparse in vegetables. All other dishes were heavily breaded and fried (not clearly described as such on menu), flavor not impressive, nothing special or "high-end" as expected.
The food was excellent with each dish having a distinct flavor. The presentation was great as well. The koi pond desert was a great way to end the evening, it was light and refreshing.
