it's super tasty.. I also love the process to make it, you can see what they are mixing in your icecream.. small area but have outdoor sitting area..
lots of options to choose icecream flavors and toppings.. I felt like little pricey, but once in while it's ok..
overall lovey experience.
First time there and I will be back. I did enjoy it very much
Rude staff. Ignored us. Didn't even make eye contact.
Went to get boba with my family and we asked what to do and he told us to pay first then go to the boba machine. We went when it was only $2 thankfully, but we paid after a long wait, got our cups, went to the machine where all of the boba was out or not working except for one. We asked what to do and they gave us one option from behind the counter and did nothing else. The syrups dispensed way too much. Only one out of 6 tea options were working and the sweetener barely worked. For a recap, the cup part doesn’t work, ice doesn’t work, boba barely works, syrup was hit or miss, tea barely works, sweetener barely works, and you can seal it with risk of hurting your fingers from a jumpy machine. Then for the workers. Apparently one wasn’t from this store but was the only one actually doing anything. Other workers were behind the wall sitting on their phones and also didn’t do anything. No signage or warning was up and nothing was told to us when we asked in the beginning. The workers were not helpful and somewhat rude.
Solid late night sweet treat go to in the area
Jayden was so helpful and kind. He deserves a bonus!!!
16$ for an icecream only to receive half a cup. Tried calling grubhub and icicles but noone picked up the phone. Non existent customer service

Very cutesy, very fun names, but a bit cramped. Lovely lights tho!

Huge variety of toppings and flavors. The mixins added a nice crunch to the rolled ice cream. Literally could get everything I want. So much so that it was spilling over. Why was it so expensive tho 12 dollars?? 😭

Weekday visits(~8.30 pm):
A little on expensive side for ice cream, wish they had smaller sizes.
Ordered Ferrari(love the name) rolled icecream, it’s okay chocolate waffle, powdered almonds and Nutella (added brownie and powdered oreo toppings, no additional charge).
Place was little busy, cold inside, had continuous orders, served in <10 min. Outside seating was good, this place also had automated drinks as well outside.

Slow. Slow. Slow. Not even a lineup, and it's a sunny Friday afternoon just down from a school! Boba Machines out front not working, despite inside workers saying they were, then realizing they weren't. Terrible. Feels like a place on the brink of shuttering.
