My experience was pretty mixed here. The food is great, a good mexican place, can't rag on it for that. Orange sauce is great and service was quick. Nothing really notable though in the good column.The pricing feels deceptive? I got a super iguana which is their second largest burrito reportedly a foot long. Burrito again tastes great and is accurate to size. It was $30 however. There is no pricing on the menu for the burritos. When it was rung up for $30 I felt far too awkward especially with how snippy and rude the cashier was. The burrito is big and you can almost certainly justify $30 for the burrito but I personally would not have ordered knowing that fact. I understand that meats and beans can vary the price but even a range would have clued me into what I was getting. Every table indoors was sticky as well? Like concerning level of sticky? Overall, I wouldn't order from here again but also my partner's bean and cheese with added al pastor was $7 so I think that I would just appreciate more transparency.Two things I would add is a price or price range for burritos and maybe a size chart that shows an approximate IRL size of the burritos.

Great Mexican diner in San Jose Downtown. The restaurant exterior is flashy, especially at night. I tried their veggie tacos and nachos. Loved the taste of the food. Also, the orange sauce was spicy and but tasted real good. Their service was quick and outstanding. Lots of place to dine in and outside the restaurant. Highly recommend!

Order d chicken but they gave me asada and didn't say anything about them not having chicken. The salsa was just pico in a cup.. paid for a soda but go to the machine and only two options weren't out of order. The sauce they give is good. Chips had decent flavor.

I've loved this place for years for their friendly staff and vegetarian menu. Picked two pieces of meat out of my Super Veggie burrito today. Will not be returning. Please re-train your staff on cross-contamintation.

Huge burritos, good vibes and a fun space to visit when you come to town!
I come to Igaunas during my visits to Downtown San Jose. It's a cool college type atmosphere. The burritos are great! Always super tasty and fresh. I highly recommend you get the burrito cooked crispy. However, the quesadillas are not that great. I would also pass on the side of chips and salsa/queso. This place just doesn't know how to make a good side. The staff is just okay. Unfortunately, the prices seem to increase every time I visit.
