Today was my first time eating here at IHOP and to be honest the experience was awesome. Food was great.. service was the best. Our service employee by name Nara was awesome. She was Always smiling and checking on us if everything was going well. I will definitely recommend everyone to try this particular IHOP restaurant.

Bryssa was an excellent server. I got the Chicken Fried steak and eggs. I was disappointed with the VERY SMALL amount of gravy on the Chicken fried steak. It might have covered 40% of the steak, and then for a small dish of extra gravy I was charged $1.99. The eggs were good, and the hash browns were perfect (I asked for crispy). The pancakes were decent to good.

I was craving some good pancakes combo meal and decided to try out our local IHOP. They have this Sirloin Tip and eggs with hashbrown and pancakes combo that was EXCELLENT. It only got 4 stars because everything in my plate including the coffee was LUKE WARM. Not steaming hot. Most of the customers are elderly and maybe don't like their food HOT. Who knows. I told the waiter and he was professional and apologized for the temperature. I told him the food was cooked and tasted great. The beef tips were sauted with some mushrooms and onions OMG! That was delish. But the plate was warm. Not steaming hot like I prefer. So next time I will remind all the waiters there to please make sure my plates are MUY CALIENTE. Not luke warm. The facility was clean and easy to get to. Off a major south San Jose street Blossom Hill. Close to Hgwy 85 and 87.
Wow, they have a great menu. I haven't been there in years. Because they were not that good. Well, I had a Cheesburger omelet, and it was so good! Portions were worth it.

I ordered a poblano omelet it was smothered in grease I couldn't eat it. They gave me someone alses pancakes and by the time I got mine they were cold had to wait 20min for strawberry syrup all and all terrible service and food
