Ikes has done it again- another good job. They never fail to have the best customer service in the food industry. They don't just serve sandwiches, they serve awesomeness! I frequent the Cupertino location, and they know me by name. But the downtown location was equally as friendly, great quality control for the sandwiches, and i got to try the famous limited time phantom dutch crunch. I usually go for the sabercat, but I thought I'd do an italian style meatball sub...
Sandwiches were so great. If you're vegeterian, I would suggest you to go with "you're favorite sesame street character". If you're unsure and doesn't want to experiment, than that's a good one.
First time experience.Ordered the Spiffy Tiffy in their Dutch Crunch bread, instead I got something else on a sourdough and zero meat. I think they mixed the orders, so it was a bummer to not get that I paid for. Aside from that, what I got was very good! and the place is clean.I'd come back for more
