Absolutely terrible experience. There’s a WAY better location less than 3 miles away. Go there instead. AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COST.

Warm welcoming like no other

My sandwich looks like it took a dip in ranch dressing.WTH!!!! 40 BUCKS FOR 2 SANDWICHS.
Plus the music is so load, it's hard to even get your order in.

Been here before never a problem. I asked for 2 turkey sandwhiches with everything except for olives pickles and mustars and got one plain. Not so happy about that. If i lived around the corner i would of gone back ,but i dont live close by

This place ripped me off for $30. I ordered online and went to pick up my order. They didn’t have it and when I showed them
The proof of the transaction on my phone they claimed that wasn’t them. I had to reorder everything and pay another $30 so now I’m out $60 for two Sandwich’s. Doesn’t matter whether the food is decent or not- I don’t like getting ripped off.

I ordered 171 from the menu , and they entered 117 after that they missed my order because it didn’t print. Basically they made me starve without food. This place was my favorite but not anymore.

So I went to ike sandwich right after work around 8. I order Ike cubana Sandwich & chips I was a bit tired but seem like the worker was not really friendly. After deciding what I wanted, I stood there waiting for him then he was like do you want to order as I m holding chips in hand. after ordering & going home I realize The worker didn't ask me if I wanted a full size sandwich or half. I ended up getting a half size. I am pretty upset when I got home & I didn't get get my candy apple candy

Absolutely ridiculous, ordered online with website and still waited 30 minutes for my food. Finally received food after 5 people who came in and ordered after I arrived.
What's the point of ordering line if in person gets priority? Will definitely not download app to order ahead if this is how it's treated.

Ordered Matt cains with double meat, only a slice of roast beef is double meat? When I asked the staff said yes that's double meat. I've ordered the Matt Cain at other Ike's and never had it come like this.
