Ike's was out of their famous Dutch bread. Service was kind of slow. But most importantly my sandwich was very good.

Man, I'd always considered Ike's a place where the sandwiches were huge, but I guess something has changed. I ordered a sandwich online for pickup. When I arrived before my order time, I took a seat and I waited for a call, text, or announcement that my order was ready. After awhile I got suspicious and walked up to the register to get my order instead. The sandwich I got was a shadow of its former glory. I used to get full from half an Ike's sandwich, but after half of this one I was still starving. What a bummer. I don't know if I'll be back.

Huge sandwiches stuffed with interesting combinations. Can’t go wrong here. Ménage a Trois is my go to with Beast mode being my “treat yourself” option every once in a while. It’s tucked away in a quieter part of Santana Row. Glad to have them around as a good lunch option.

We went in on Sunday (3/24/2024) at 730pm for the first time as we were recommended to come here for sandwiches. We ordered three sandwiches, and none of them came with any lettuce or tomatoes, even when the board mentioned that the sandwiches come with them. This sandwich ended up being disappointing as it was dry.

Very un organized. We ordered 7 sandwiches with customizations. End up receiving 6 with no proper name on them some had no name and we had to tear up every sandwich and with so much sauce it was not still clear which sandwich belongs to who.Poor management.

Wanted a sandwich w only pastrami and cheddar on wheat bread for a kid. Guys said only way to do it is "create your own" Vs ordering one off the menu and taking stuff off. Comes out to $3 extra for a plain sandwich?!? So, easier and cheaper for them but costs more to me. Almost $18 for a plain sandwich is ridiculous. Will stick with Sandwich Spot.

Not very impressed here. I was confused by the menu and the price was too expensive. It was okay but sadly I'm not returning. The staff was nice but couldn't explain what halal chicken was specially to me. Oh well.

What's not to love about Ike's? Good sandwiches. Always fill up. Great flavor/options. Friendly staff. Seriously the people here are great. This is one of my go-to lunch spots. I'm always pleased by the options and the flavors and the price. I've never been dissatisfied or disappointed with one of their sandwiches and if I ever was, it was just that I didn't pick the right sandwich FOR ME, while for someone else that would be their favorite sandwich. Recently I've really loved getting these teas they have instead of soda. If I could have this tea option everywhere I go I'd always choose this over soda. And I'm not really a tea guy. But this is the stuff!

It was the night after the super-bowl. Darn it, the niners didn’t quite win! But I still felt proud to eat an Ike’s “The 49er” sandwich!Rob was making sandwiches that night, and he did a great job. My friends had a “Madison Bumgarner” and a “Sometimes I’m a vegetarian”, and all of our sandwiches were delicious!

I eat a lot of Ike's. This is hands down the BEST location I have been to. The bread was crispy and toasted perfectly. It was a golden color. The top looked way better than this angle. The bread was fluffy and fresh inside. Great flavor. The meat was amazing. Super good. Collectively, great flavor combo and ingredients. I got the Madison Bumgarner (Thinly Sliced Rib-Eye, Ike's Yellow BBQ, Habanero, Pepper Jack, American), but I added Swiss Cheese and Honey. Best sandwich here. Good sweet flavors mixed with savory flavors. Major props to the employee/sandwich artist. Super great at what they do. They were also cool. Shout out to the workers on 1/30/2024. Santana Row Ike's is SUPER GREAT.

Great sandwich shop with excellent service. I came here for my free birthday sandwich and the guy helping me was extremely friendly. I ordered Beast Mode which consisted of fried chicken, bacon, BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomato, and cheddar on Dutch bread. They have a wide variety of sandwiches with pretty unique names. Definitely something to explore and try a few of the funny sounding sandwiches.
