My number was 60 and I asked for it to go, after I waited 30 minutes finally they reached the number 58 yet my number was never called in till the reached number 78. Number 78 was four burgers and four fries. Why were they not able to give me my order despite it being shorter?

On 2/8/25 noon, I ordered 3 cheeseburgers with onions, but the beef patties were unusually salty! Haven’t had this issue the past many times I’ve been here. Wonder what they did… but I’m hesitant to come back anytime soon. This was my go to In N Out.

I thought it was in very bad taste. We bought and it took us 50 minutes and the order never came out. We asked for the money back and the manager insinuated that we had eaten the order. It made me feel uncomfortable.
It is not possible that after 40 minutes waiting they never gave us the hamburgers and the manager came out to say that if I took the hamburgers it is a lack of respect, nowhere has this happened and just in this case I will never return
