i ordered a six pack of cookies on postmates on 11/23 but it said it was delivered BY insomnia cookies. it got ‘delivered’ with no photo and within 2 mins even though its a 10 min trip. so basically i paid $32 + tip and nothing ever showed up.

I love this one it’s way better than the one at SF city, the staff is always nice n the cookies are always fresh n so tasty but if u don’t think insomnia cookies are the best cookies around here then u deserve to get insomnia ?

Menial, subpar, terrible service. You are not welcomed as a customer. You buy a pint of ice cream, you get ALMOST a pint of ice cream. You buy 2 scoops of ice cream, you get just over 1 scoop of ice cream. You go 15mins before closing, you don’t get nothing. How can a few employees make a sweet dessert place into such a terrible experience.
