I tried the vegan cookies here, so delicious. Double Chocolate and Sugar were my favorite. The chocolate chip was good, too. I definitely recommend the cookies, plus the staff was personable and professional.

Service is really really bad. When the in house delivery service is being offered , customer would expect better experience. But it has been worst. We ordered some cookies and cookie sandwich, initially order showed 30mins eta , slowly it kept moving up with no eta even after one hour.

I should have just driven to Safeway for cookies. Two of peanut butter cookies were broken. The macadamia, M&M and chocolate chip cookies were quite small and not even circular. The only cookies that looked the part were the salted caramel ones. I don't understand why all the others were SO small compared to the salted caramel? My mood was completely ruined right when opening the box that I didn't even enjoy eating them.

Bought the one scoop of ice cream with two cookies. OMGEEE!!! You choose your own cookie flavors and ice cream. The cookies were warm and delicious and the ice cream was so yummy. Best ice cream sandwich ever.🩵🩵😁😁😁😁😁😁
The person who answered the phone was extremely rude. I explained that my cookies were supposed to arrive at 5 PM at my workplace, and by 5:30 PM they still hadn’t arrived and I had to leave. He simply said he was waiting for the dasher, updated the delivery time to 6:17 PM, and when I reminded him that the order was scheduled for 5 PM, he said the cookies were ready and that the problem was with the dasher. Then he told me I could call back if I had more questions and hung up on me. No apology, no patience: just rude.
I understand the delay might not have been his fault, but a bit of explanation or empathy would’ve gone a long way. Also, the coordination clearly needs improvement… If someone schedules cookies for 5 PM for an event, they can’t just show up over an hour late. These cookies were ordered two days in advance, so there was plenty of time to plan. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Amazing experience at this place. Visited while on vacation and the staff and cookies were great. Andrea, Megan and Ruben helped me out and were so kind and friendly. I had a really nice conversation with all of them. However, I would like to highlight the fact that this establishment doesn’t offer an option to tip on credit/debit payments. I was really disheartened and felt bad because I didn’t have any cash to tip for the amazing service provided by these 3 individuals. Owner’s of this establishment, I urge you to make that change. Your employees deserve it.
