I’ve been here twice and the drinks never miss. Although I tend to have a sweet tooth the Banana Coffee was delicious. The coffee was strong, but the banana milk and cold foam poured on top was the perfect balance. I also recently tried the Banana Matcha Latte and it’s my absolute favorite! You can taste how natural it is. No artificial flavoring whatsoever. So, so good!
Insomnibar offers a variety of drinks and food. This location is right off the 101 and Silver Creek. It's easy to find and has plenty of parking. I've tried Insomnibar several times, and the drinks have been perfect. The matcha and black tea are a must-try. I like their pricing as everything is usually included, like dairy alternatives and up to 2 toppings. The boba is always perfectly done with the right amount of bite and sweetness. Banana matcha was terrific. Delicious banana flavor.
Thairamisu- also tasty- the tiramisu cream probably goes well with everything.
Taro milk latte is pretty classic.
