There was one person who took our order, served the food, and was the cashier. The food was good. Even the salad that looked super simple was great. The beans were perfection! Overall good food. I also liked that it wasn't to much food or to little. Awesome little hole in the wall place.
Tried this place on a whim and it's not bad but not that good either.
Its mid as they come, would not be my first choice to go to but it's alright.
Value wise, it's ok. A bit cheaper then most bbq places but the price fits the value.

I have been eating there now through 3 owners...beginning with Lucia who created the sauce and total menu followed by JC and now the new owner since the late 70's.
There have been some minor changes but the ribs and sauce have remained unchanged. Delicious!!!
