Thanks Rich for a great wine tasting! As members we like to see how employees are treated and the guy who walked in shaking his head was, quite honestly, a HUGE TURN OFF! Since my niece and nephew-in-law live a few blocks away they decided to purchase a membership. With the membership our tastings were free and there was a discount on the wine we purchased. Our small plates were also discounted. My niece and hubby will definitely get use out of their membership. If you are in the area, give J. Lohr a try.

July 2023 Update:Blake, the tasting room manager, has done a great job in creating fun and lively events. Wine and Cheese Fridays, food trucks, and music. As always the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Richard, Dana, Shelly, and Annette are all wonderful.Previous: Friendly, knowledgeable staff, excellent, reasonable priced wines. Tastings are still free-you can choose up to 6. On weekends, you can select the Cuvee's as part of your tasting choices. They also have events on many Wednesday's and Fridays.
