This jack in the box was goooooood one random night I went in there to get something and I get my usual spicy chicken sandwich and curly fries but usually when I go to hash in the box it's good don't get me wrong, but a few times when I go to other jack in the box the food tastes a little old or like it's been sitting out for awhile. Well thatnight I went the food tasted so freshly made and it was so good that night. Omg it was fresh and crispy everything from the curly fries to the samdwich, which is why I gave it 5 stars for food. The ONLY problem that surprised me was my stomach started hurting that night for a few hours after that being the only and last thing I ate before my tummy ache. But I want to keep going to this one whenever I do go because it was freshly made and tasted how they used to always taste. But other then that it was really good. Oh and I had to wait a little longer then usual when I was thr only person in the restaurant that night but the drive thru was really crowded.

The people who work here on the late night shift take their time and have you waiting for the longest time just to get food that’s not fresh and when your repeating your order over and over they laugh and think it’s funny while speaking Spanish amongst each other. Will be complaining to corporate and health departments

Walked in. Walked out. Zero starts if possible Had a fat roach on the front counter while waiting to get served. I had my phone down and I thought I seen a dust ball and grabbed my phone and it was a roach crawling on the counter and fell on the floor near my shoes. Instantly left. Eat at your own risk.

Last week I came here. The person who took my order was super nice, not completely knowledgeable, and the order was almost completely correct. I went today. I repeated one item 3 times at the order screen and they still didn't add it to my order. We asked again at the window and they gave us the wrong item. We told them and they handed us something else. When we finally received the correct item it was still made wrong. Needless to say there was a language barrier.

Food is great. It was delivered with no drink and server would not make it right, wanting me to come pick it up. That was the whole point of me getting delivery was to not go get anything. The right thing would be to send me a drink. Poor service, good food.
Chose to eat in to eat comfortably and needed use restroom that had no toilet paper, seat covers or paper towels! For being an eatery that’s pretty bad, and I had Kleenex but I was the only one in there and had to ask for a tray too they need to give people who eat in more better service!
