Been coming her for years. But never had a rude ace food server before. The guy taking orders was nice but the mexican guy serving was rude. Everything was fine and handed our food. The server asked what kind of sauces I wanted, but I since I was getting food for the family I had to double check real quick and make sure I got mayo and hot sauce. Literally a split second and said "aahh hold on." (Unlocking my phone,notes to see sauces) He rudely kept saying "huh, HUh, HUUH!!". I replied "HOLD ON. YEAH CAN YOU GIVE HOT SAUCE AND MAYO!" Oh I made sure that punk kid heard me. I don't think he liked that. He gave me the hot sauce and when I asked if the mayo was in there he said no they dont have any. So told thsts alright I'll come in and get it myself. They kept the door locked and I purposely think the said they didn't have mayo just to get rid of me. I knocked on the door and they ignored me and I called which rhey ignored me as well. I noticed they didn't give me the receipt so I drove back through the drive thru and angrily told them they never gave me receipt. The nice guy taking orders gave it to me. Funny how he knew and didn't do a reprint. Think he was a manager because I did not see the other rude server. They need to fire those young rude kids. He's lucky the door was locked. I would made a big deal about it and talked to a manager especially if they really did have mayo and if he purposely didn't put the receipt in the bag. Don't hire a kid to do an adult job. At that point I didn't care. It was whatever; food was getting cold. I think the server got mad because I gave him a ton of change and was trying to get ride of it.

I usually go there maybe 1 to maybe 2 times a week in the evenings around 845-9p so there is not alot of customers at that time and there is alot of parking including handicap parking. There is a small crew usually working to serve both dine-in/take out customers and drive-thru customers simultaneously. However, the staff there usually stands around or is in the back, not attending to walk in customers immediately. Seems to be last priority for the establishment there at that specificlocation. Majority of the staff are friendly and are considerate to the customers needs and some have the look of boredom and/or the look as if they'd rather be somewhere else rather than serving customers on the job. Very disconcerting ??For this, I give the Total Review a 3 ½ - SOLID 4 depending on who's taking incoming orders during the shift. If these points I mentioned are addressed to fit TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION I'd rate the place a 10 if there were such an option.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are two sets of Wheelchair ♿ access Parking Spot in front and the side entrance. Mostly available throughout the day and open during evening business hours.
Catalina is the best woman on the planet. Whenever I go out to get fast food, one thing or another is forgotten from my order - - but Catalina is a saintess. As she handed me each of my bags she read aloud everything that was in my order that was included in said bag, she reminded me when I almost forgot my egg rolls. I love this woman and she deserves either a raise or a commendation for her divine skills and that wonderful voice of hers. Might name my first born child after her. 5 stars.

I usually have a good experience at this location but dear rude kid working the drive-thru Sunday afternoon, you compelled me to write this. Look I get it, you're working on the weekend, you're a high school student with big dreams and aspirations. But at least show customers a shred of respect and not just stare me down when I pick up my food from the window. Also, the chicken parm sandwich was very bland, I don't recommend it. Also the munchie meal is now 11 dollars+, it's been going up at least a dollar in price every few month now. Get it together, or increase the food quality and consistency

Whoever they have cooking at the mckee rd jack in the box just made me the best double jack ive ever had .It was perfect .I hope they treat this person well because i will definitely go out of my way to come back to this location. No cap ! Just real talk...
