I went to this location and was told they were closed for 15 minutes while the employees were just sitting around using their phones while a line formed. Ordered tacos and a small drink. The tacos were barely warm, and I was given a value sized drink... this was at 4:10 am on July 5th, 2025......
I'll be showing up in the morning to talk with a manager

I'm not sure about the morning or afternoon shift but the night shift crew do an absolutely horrible job. The one taking your order is impatient and doesn't care about getting your order wrong. I went yesterday and they forgot to put in my burger. I will accept that I should have checked the bag before leaving but nonetheless it is still something they should have been more attentive to get the customer's order correct. I came tonight hoping for a better experience but the patties on the burger were both burnt and cold which absolutely baffled me. I have no idea how something can be both burnt and cold at the same time. Not sure if they're being lazy and giving out old food made earlier in the day.. this was just a horrible experience and I definitely won't be coming here anymore.. check your food before you leave!!

Burgers still frozen. Paid for extra sauce, never got, missing 2 full meals. Originally went through drive through, because of the missing items I went into the restaurant with all my food to show them my food and receipt. The cashier was unsure what to do as they are new so I asked for a manger. Requested a refund and was told no because I'm lying and the food is fine and if I don't like it don't come back.
I've been in CZ for over 25 yrs, NEVER WOULD I EVER SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT!!!

Just ordered a big smash jack and instead they gave me two jr chicken sandwiches! A smash big smash jack is $10, jr chicken sandwich is $2.50, where is the rest of my money!? Will be calling corporate office with a complaint!

Look, I know it's 19:23 on a Sunday night and the store busy, but the un-accommodation and disrespect the workers showed me now makes me never want to patron Jack n the box ever again. I mean this location, not one of the dozens in my area serving delicious food all night like a Denny's.

I wanted some hot water, like I've gotten here before, and the manager said she can't. Ok.. well then I just wanted some mayo and a fork, and the lady working straight ignored me like I was some kind of bother, which I suppose I was, but honestly my first reaction was to swipe one of their to go bags at eat that instead of my soup but I didn't...

There was only one car at the drive thru when I walked in, I waited for 10 min and not a single person greeted me, asked me to wait or that they’ll be with me in a bit. They all just glared at me as if I was some sort of disease. I kept waiting because I know how busy it can get but after the glares and no one saying anything I decided to leave, it’s obvious the shift leader or manager doesn’t know how to run the place.

When i order using the app, I forget that the app doesn't change to your location.

Long story short, I spent the last of my money ordering food at a jack in the box 3.5 hours away. When i realized this, i hit my arm rest a few times. The young girl told me to calm down, which would have been fine, except the way she said it was snippy... i wasn't even talking to her...

I was so mad I was actually in the process of making some poor reviews about the experience, with her name and the shift time. But when I spoke with the manager she quickly put me to shame. I'm not so proud a man that I can't admit that. When, i explained to her what i was going to do and asked for the young lasy's name, She offered to make the meal at no additional cost. The thing was i was mostly mad at the app and the poor girl just sort of happened to light a match in my fumes. I think the manager understood that, and without any tone or hint of attitude she earnestly offered to solve the reason I was upset in the first place.

5*, no one is perfect on any team, but excellent management leads to excellent teamwork. Good leadership teaches the younger generation good skills.

Despite the events leading up to this, this has been my best best experience at a Jack In the Box yet.
