The employees are cheapskates. I was doing Uber Eats food delivery from this store and it was raining outside. I had two orders to pickup, and asked for a bag so that the food doesn’t get wet once it’s delivered. They gave me one and said they can only give one. Horrible customer service. Doesn’t care about the customers at all.

They didn't give me part of my order and then she tried to argue with me that I wasn't charged for the part I didn't get. However, I explained I was charged for it and after going back and forth she changed her tone

This particular Jack n the Box is not very great almost every time I stop by I receive no mayo on my chicken sandwich and burnt mini churros. One time the lady dropped my order before handing it to me. I’d recommend the Jack on Blossom Hill and Senter way better service.
fast drive through service . sadly there is not much nutritional value in the food. the curly fries taste great but they’re kinda oily

They took 30 minutes to give me my food and when I started to leave they laughed at me and it was a mobile order and I ordered fries and they weren't in the bag and when I went to go ask them they about they said I didn't when I clearly did and then they said they didn't have any they gave some to another guy.

It's one of my favorite places to go.. their curly fries are just amazing. After such a long time, we set inside and ate. Their service was great. There was a lady working there she was very kind and helpful.

We visit the Jack In the Box on Bernal Rd weekly. Food is tasty and breakfast is served anytime. The staff is easy to understand and always friendly. Mistakes are very rare, like napkins might be missing. They have also been very accommodating like offering a free item if they happen to run out of a menu item. We use the APP to save a lot of $$. Inside the restaurant is very clean and pleasant.
Parking: We eat here often and the parking is super easy. I LOVE their rose bushes! It's pleasant to eat in your car.
Kid-friendliness: The regular menu has plenty for kids and then there's a specific kids menu as well.
Wheelchair accessibility: Eating inside is easy and pleasant for people in wheelchairs. There are tables designed for wheelchairs.
