The employees are cheapskates. I was doing Uber Eats food delivery from this store and it was raining outside. I had two orders to pickup, and asked for a bag so that the food doesn’t get wet once it’s delivered. They gave me one and said they can only give one. Horrible customer service. Doesn’t care about the customers at all.

They didn't give me part of my order and then she tried to argue with me that I wasn't charged for the part I didn't get. However, I explained I was charged for it and after going back and forth she changed her tone

This particular Jack n the Box is not very great almost every time I stop by I receive no mayo on my chicken sandwich and burnt mini churros. One time the lady dropped my order before handing it to me. I’d recommend the Jack on Blossom Hill and Senter way better service.
fast drive through service . sadly there is not much nutritional value in the food. the curly fries taste great but they’re kinda oily

They took 30 minutes to give me my food and when I started to leave they laughed at me and it was a mobile order and I ordered fries and they weren't in the bag and when I went to go ask them they about they said I didn't when I clearly did and then they said they didn't have any they gave some to another guy.
