Went through drive thru using the app, fast and efficient workers and the service and food was great. Nothing like fast and hot food, it’s what I expect at a fast food restaurant and I got it here at the Monterey Rd JIB.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. There was not fast service here. I felt like I was waiting in the drive-through for about 1015 minutes until I had to park up to be able to get what I had to get inside the store to order on the machine Same as a couple other people I seen, but I feel like they need to be able to step up their game and be able to be knowing in common courtesy for the people that are in the drive-through there should be priority because now you’re making them waste gas when they’re already ready to order All I want it was one thing from the menu

Worse jack in the box I’ve ever been to. I would give it 0 stars if i could. I ordered online and still had to wait an extra 20 mins for my food. This jack in the box has always had an issue with being so slow. I would understand if they were extremely packed but they never are. The workers are just so slow

THEM MONSTER TACOS ARE THE BOMB BABY! I WAS ALSO ABLE TO GET A FREE SOURDOUGH JACK WITH MY POINTS. I SPENT LESS THEN $4 AND HAD AN EXCELLENT LATE DINNER. LOVE YOU GUYS VERY MUCH!
It's a classic Jack in the Box. They are generally efficient and the food is great. I do think it's hilarious that they have two drive thru windows but they've never used the first one. Keep it up!

The food and service were fine, but the dining room was very dirty. They only had two people working when we arrived (working very hard to get orders out), so I assume they didn't have time to attend to the dining room. The floor was sticky, and all the tables were littered with garbage and spills. Also, the sidewalk and parking lot by the entrance was also filthy, probably from lots of people spilling drinks. The restaurant needs a really good cleaning.
