I had their food since the previous owner and the new owner never changed the great quality of the food and brought more to the rich menu already, for over 20 years of eating there I can definitely recommend this place , I work next door at sees candies

My food was perfectly made. Hot and fresh and they had great service. My sourdough jack was nice and toasty even with the tomato it didn't get soggy.

Older store. Rougher crowd long wait time from start to finish. Food was made well tasted good. Bolba tea the tapioca balls were hard and stale.

A few years ago, the hamburgers were delicious, they had good flavor. They were juicy! I don't know what's changed, but for several years now I've been like that,,! The last time I ate was 2 years ago I think,, I ordered some chiken tenders,,, and they tasted,, like burnt,,! The truth is I didn't eat them, and I didn't return them either! I commented to one of the employees,, and she told me something,,! I'll reserve it for myself! But if the taste and quality of their products has changed,! Does anyone else think the same?
The worst, the worst service in the drive tru, the one who serves you does it in a way as if she never liked her job, saying the hell how I got to this place, she made me go around twice, because I had to serve the people behind me who arrived after me and in a very rude tone, and so be patient because if someone arrives later they will take you out of the line to serve the others, I hope a different person serves you and good luck with that

For 1 thing this app. Is nuts We went to Carl's Jr's. The burger caused my blood sugar to reach over 200 for over 6 hrs. That had to be the bun. To much carbs in it.

I spent 30+ minutes waiting in the drive thru, they gave me the wrong order which I thankfully checked before leaving. The guy then gives me what was supposed to be the right order, but that one was wrong as well. It was an astonishing display of complete failure. Whatever crew you guys have working today needs to be cut.
