The guy that works graveyard shift is horrible and rude. Purposely gets orders wrong.

Went to get my husband a chicken sandwich. They had no chicken patties. WTH? We went through the drive-through and my husband ordered an egg roll and it wasn't with the order. I called JITB and no one answered the phone. Subpar service and subpar food. Go to a different JITB.

I have been coming here at this location cause I work close by and I usually stop by to get my lunch. I usually go to the drive thru because they help you out little faster not really much difference. So today I walked inside the restaurant and, they saw me waiting patiently where the register is I waited half hour was really surprised and I had to tell her that excuse me I’ve been waiting here half hour and how come you haven’t helped me out yet, like my lunch is almost over and it’s not fair that you ignoring the customers and she said ok , what do you need, I told her I would please like to order, she told me is your order going to be long, I told her no and if I was was going to order a big order so what, you just don’t leave your customers waiting that long just to get a meal like come on DO BETTER!!!. She was rude she was tall skinny she always wears makeup and she talks spanish. I don’t recommend coming to this location because they give you very poor customer service. 😡

Unprofessional, disrespectful, patronizing, and horrible service at the drive thru.
Employees here record customers without consent on their own cell phones.
On my recent visit to the Jack in the Box drive-through in Willow Glen, I encountered an extraordinarily disrespectful and misogynistic employee. The receipt indicated that the employee's name was Osmen, but the employee told me his name was Peter, which felt suspicious since it seemed like he was lying
When I approached the drive-through window, it became clear that this employee had little regard for basic customer service. He rushed me through the process of checking my order, displaying an impatient and condescending attitude. Throughout our interaction, he repeatedly addressed me as "ma'am" in a tone that was clearly mocking, further emphasizing his unprofessional demeanor.
When I requested his name to escalate the matter, he responded by laughing, stating that he had recorded our conversation on his phone. This invasion of my privacy was alarming and uncalled for. Instead of addressing my concerns, he dismissed them entirely, insisting that I was overreacting and making a big deal out of nothing. Ironically, it was he who initiated the argumentative tone, continuously interjecting and refusing to listen to my point of view.
To make matters worse, my order was incorrect and was slathered with an excessive amount of unappealing sauce. When I returned to the drive-through to address this mistake, the same employee—Osmen or Peter, whatever his actual name is—further escalated the situation by accusing me of being at fault and engaging in an unprofessional argument.
It’s very distressing to think that employees at Jack in the Box believe they can record customers without consent.
Management needs to take this seriously and address the behavior of employees like this to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

Went through the drive-thru for a small order or a Jr. Cheeseburger with no pickles and an order of spicy chicken snack box. The person on the intercoms never confirmed our order nor told us to go to the front window, causing a 4-car build up.
It was a mobile order picking up through the drive-thru. It was terrible service. I wish I could give 0 star because honestly, I know it's late (2:30 am) but it does not take long to confirm an order to keep a line moving.

Update 7.12.24 To beat the heat, I had my construction crew showing up at 5:30am pushing to close out a project in Willow Glen...I popped into JIB both times to feed my crew, disappointing them both times. The 2nd time, I was eating a loaded breakfast sandwich and one of my crew noticed I had sausage on mine and he didn't...he calls me on it and says did you get yours ordered special to which I said, no, you didn't have sausage on yours? This is how I discovered 2 of the 4 sandwiches were shorted the sausage patty.
I went here twice in a week around July 1, 2024. Both times they messed up the food order. The first time we ordered sourdough breakfast Jacks and he gave us sourdough burgers that were very poorly put together and an a pathetic excuse for a burger. They all looked like they were made with leftover food from the day before.. Second time we went there we ordered 4 fully loaded sourdough breakfast Jack's and two of them did not have the sausage patty. I paid for four fully loaded sourdough breakfast jacks and two of them were missing the sausage pattys. They're staff is incompetent, I don't understand how they could put out such poor quality food on two separate occasions, at least they are consistent, unfortunately to their own discredit. I definitely will not be going back to this location, and I highly advise you beware. Caveat Emptor. Having seen the response from the owner, it prompted me to read some of the other reviews and it seems like a large majority are saying the same thing I am. Advise going elsewhere or to the Jack in the Box on San Carlos by Leigh if you need Jack in the Box, this location is a bust.
