I ordered a milkshake and French toast sticks. Only received milkshake and still got charged for two items. They refused to give me a refund since I did not have receipt but they also didn’t give me one either. This is a poorly ran establishment. Always have the orders or missing menu items. The inside is disgusting. The workers don’t want to help you at all. They need new management. Totally unacceptable behavior from the staff. Everyone should be ashamed

I just want to let you this is worse Jack in the box i place in order the lay when to the bathroom she came straight to touch my food and served when i told the lady she get so mad because i see this young lady i told her remake my order because i what i see she started too said bad things and words she speaks Spanish please have better people too work and when something is wrong remake orders special because we have kids I'm so angry so sad you have this kind of worker's

Update. The cooks made me the wrong sandwich. The order was placed correctly on the screen at the drive through. The cooks need to be retrained or fired. How can they mess up 20 percent of the orders. Are they doing drugs or something. Next time I order my food im going to open the bags at the drive through window. I dont care if I hold up the line.
I order my food online ahead of time and half the time they get the order wrong. From now on Im going to order the food through the driver though because the idiots working there have no idea how to read english instructions on what to and what not to put in the burger.

The place is great, and most of the staff is very nice. I love the restaurant itself. It’s very clean and is in a great location. However, the Asian lady, I don’t know her name, who took my order was very rude. I asked for onion rings with my chicken nuggets and she got mad and said that I can’t get them, and that I have to get them separate. She also got mad at me when I didn’t realize she had been calling my number, and she said” I called you a long time”. I don’t know why some people are so rude. She should not be there. She’s got an attitude.
