Update. The cooks made me the wrong sandwich. The order was placed correctly on the screen at the drive through. The cooks need to be retrained or fired. How can they mess up 20 percent of the orders. Are they doing drugs or something. Next time I order my food im going to open the bags at the drive through window. I dont care if I hold up the line.
I order my food online ahead of time and half the time they get the order wrong. From now on Im going to order the food through the driver though because the idiots working there have no idea how to read english instructions on what to and what not to put in the burger.

The place is great, and most of the staff is very nice. I love the restaurant itself. Itās very clean and is in a great location. However, the Asian lady, I donāt know her name, who took my order was very rude. I asked for onion rings with my chicken nuggets and she got mad and said that I canāt get them, and that I have to get them separate. She also got mad at me when I didnāt realize she had been calling my number, and she saidā I called you a long timeā. I donāt know why some people are so rude. She should not be there. Sheās got an attitude.

The worst experience of my life in terms of gastronomy, terrible customer service and rude people. The burger I ordered tasted terrible and much of the seasoning was left out. The potatoes were cold. Just the day I went they told me that they didn't have ice for any drinks, how is it possible that they don't have ice in these establishments. The milkshake was just whipped cream and tasted just sugary and warm. The bathrooms were quite dirty and had a rather unpleasant smell. In short: Jack in the Box takes first place as the worst food chain establishment for all these reasons. I won't say that I hope it will be better on my next visit because I don't plan to have another terrible experience.

Typical fast-food restaurant, nothing special. The cashier was nice and our order came out fast. Average tasting food, didn't find anything special about it and don't understand the hype of it (I'm from the East coast.) Fries were good as it was crunchy for both the straight and curly fries. Also, for whatever reason, both my burgers were missing bacon, which was supposed to be included. The sourdough sandwich was okay.
Parking: Decent size parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: Great place to bring your kids for a cheap burger and fries. There is no play area.
