Went when the power went off in half of San Jose, very busy. Staff was definitely overworked and stressed but definitely understandable due to the conditions of that day. They were very helpful and patient with the long line of customers. Definitely a place to go when you just want something quick to eat though.

Check your items before leaving the drive thru window because they won't fix it once you pull away & discover they put the wrong item on your order receipt & give you something that you don't eat. I paid $9+ to eat a bun with only ketchup & mustard on it!

Yeah... So I Placed an online order, and when I went to pick it up, the drive thru was closed. I even hung out for like 20 minutes, because I had the time. Still, nothing. I even saw a few more people after me, that looked like they had the same problem, all driving away after knocking on the door after asking an employee.It looked like they were having some sort of repair service or plumber there. Understandable, but why was the online order accepted? There should have been some sort of warning about the place being closed before I wasted time and money.And I had an offer that I used for this order, that I couldn't use when I placed this order again at another jack in the box.I haven't received a refund yet, but I'll wait until normal business hours to see if they processed it.***UPDATE***I went onto their website the next morning and clicked "Contact Us" at the bottom, found the area for transaction refunds, and filled out my receipt information along with what occurred.Customer service reached out to me the same day, and I was offered a full refund. Received it within 24 hours.Gotta give it to them, they do follow up very quickly, and because of that, I changed my review from 1 star to 3.
