if i could give this placr 0 stars i would. the food took 40 minutes but i didnt even get the food. horrible people. i asked for my money back and once i asked for the remaining amount of money they were like “its fine” NO ITS NOT FINE BECAUSE WHATS YOUR PROBLEM YOU TOOK MONEY FROM ME AND DIDNT EVEN GIVE

20 minutes for a strawberry shake

Worst drive-through experience of my life. Sat in line for 10 minutes, ordered with someone who barely spoke english, finally got to the window and waited 5 more minutes while they made my food, badly. The shake should have a "some assembly required" sticker on it. Because this was vanilla with a chocolate hat; rather than emulsified chocolate like the pictures. After mixing it up, I tried to sip, but of course the straw had an extra hole in it. Luckily, I was on my way inside because they got my sandwich completely wrong. It's a good thing I could smell the tomatoes that it wasn't supposed to have, or I might have driven away without checking. They replaced the sandwich, but they didn't replace the 30 minutes I am never getting back. This is not hyperbole. I literally timed how long I was in the drive-through and waiting at the window. Could have gone to a sit down restaurant for the same time and price. This place needs more staff working at once, and needs to make sure the person taking drivethrough orders is more fluent in English.
Food tasted icky as well. Pooling grease in the burger box did not enhance the experience.

I had ordered food here around 11 at night I had saw a guy with grey collar work tshirt guessing he's the lead i saw him making my food with out gloves 🧤 this is the second time I had saw him without gloves while making people food I got grossed out and denied my food I'm not trying to get food poisoning info love jack in box but I don't appreciate it when I see a worker not using gloves and touching salad and bread with bared hands that's 🤢 my hands aren't clean so why should I trust his hands for all I know he didn't wash his hands in that dirty restroom
🤢I stopped by to eat today, December 19,2024 ~Noon-1:00 o’clock the service seemed ok. However, I immediately noticed right after I consumed the number #14 chicken sandwich with two tomatoes and no sauce my tummy started hurting and aching. It gave me diarrhea. 😷
