Pay attention when you order coffee. They will pour decaffeinated in your cup of regular coffee if they run low on caffinated coffee. Caught them on more than one occasion.

Garbage service. Went drive-thru they asked me to park out front to wait for me order. They were asking a lot of people to do that today. Why? Might as well walk-in. I chose drive-thru because I didn't have much time. It was a mistake to come here. Took a long time to bring my order out, and they didn't give me any sauces. You don't expect much from a fast-food place, and they can't even do that well.

The food is about as tasty as any genuine fast food you'll find. The problem i consistently have with any jack in the box locations is how long it takes to place an order and then actually receive that order in the dining room.They're obviously trained to put priority on the drive thru so if you go inside to eat DON'T... be in any kind of hurry.Sometimes (even when they're so busy), I've had employees look at me, walk right past me and not even acknowledge me. No "I'll be with you in a moment" or anything. And go walk back and start up a conversation with another employee. Hoping that I might leave & go to the drive thru, but I've no car. Oh,.. the downtown Willow Glen store will generally serve you at the drive thru if you're on a bicycle or if you walk up. None of the other locations I've visited will do that.Anyhow yes back to the dining room issue, it's so bad once.i visited a store where a corporate manager was there for whatever kind of business. But she was there for awhile. She had gone in the back after a meeting with a worker, put on a drive thru headset after she made eye contact with me. This was after typical afternoon lunch time and no one was at the drive thru ordering and I was the only dining room customer. But that corporate district lady turned around and went right over to the cook and cashier and started having a jolly little conversation that was all smiles and laughs and great times at work. I gave it almost 2 or 3 minutes and then heard the ding on the drive thru sound and they hopped into action leaving me there wishing I could place and order. And then I left went across the parking lot to Subway on the other end where there is NO drive thru and you know what happened? I placed an order and got something to eat! It's been almost a month since I've been to a Jack's and spent my $$. I think last week early 1 chilly morning a friend paid for coffee. But it was one of those - it's his turn deals. So.... Yeah, too bad because I really like the seasoned curly fries, but have found essentially the same thing at Dollar Tree stores in the freezer section. Take those home and put them in the hot oil fryer and voilaProblem solved
