I have gone to this Jack in the Box, on different days, different times and they always seem to screw up orders or charge you for something you didn't order. customer service is very unprofessional, Very young with attitude , people who just don't care. The manager, really needs training and really needs to train his crew,

I have nothing more to say, really hungry at night so I stopped in for the first time. The price is really high compared to the quality of the chicken, the surrounding space is humid and not cleaned so it smells, as well as the staff need me to rush for more than 20 minutes to get the food.

Will never come back.

The situation was absolutely unacceptable. The team assigned to the 3:30 AM shift on 1/18 clearly lacked proper training and showed complete disregard for customer service and food quality. From the start, I specifically requested freshly cooked large curly fries, but they handed me a portion so small it didn’t even qualify as medium. Worse, they didn’t prepare a fresh batch. Instead, they lazily took old fries and put them back into the fryer, attempting to pass them off as fresh. When I pointed out the issue and asked again for freshly cooked fries, they repeated the same lazy action, tossing the same fries back into the fryer for a few seconds. The result was an inedible, greasy mess that was completely unfit to serve—the fries were visibly drenched in oil, making it impossible to eat. This lack of effort and care ruined the entire customer experience.

They wouldn't let me slide on .14 cents for 2 damn tacos. Fine, I'll settle for 1. I'm not looking for a handout, but I'm not breaking the bank, and as a daily customer it's not like I couldn't pay it back. I don't want to attempt to break a large bill in someone's new drawer at 7am.

Wednesday, December 18, 2024 @1am about: Night shift at this place needs serious retraining or just getting a whole new crew in general.. they make too many mistakes to the point each time I go here, I have to go back in the long drive-through line.. today was the worst EVER. I ordered (2) Double Vision Meal deals online, which consisted of 4 small jumbo jack meals.. getting the first bags after going through the drive-through, my husband noticed 2 meals are missing.. that's no big deal since we know this place makes frequent mistakes.. go back to drive through, and we told the cashier what happened.. Apparently, the cashier girl was the manager.. the manager tried fighting with us saying "everything should already be inside the bag," and " it only says 2 burgers." we had to explain that the meal deals already come with 2 meals, so we ordered 2 meal deals to make up 4 small meals.. they were confused as if they didn't know anything.. we showed proof and everything, and still they didn't get it.. they eventually told us to go to the window and gave us another bag.. only 2 burgers when we needed 2 more meals... we had to go through the drive-through.. AGAIN.. As a restaurant manager myself, this place needs serious upgrades and retraining.. smh jack in the box.. also, the girl manager was talking to us and walked away when we tried explaining.. she got overwhelmed, and for some reason, she asked us if we had a chicken sandwich with our order, and she kept insisting we have a chicken sandwich.. when we said no, she left us and went in the back to avoid talking any further to us cause she got stressed out.. another worker had to step in.. horrible customer service and horrible manager..

Night crew is terrible. I sat in the drive thru line forever, the females have music blasting and not taking orders correctly. Than arguing with customers as if we are in the wrong for their mistakes . I've been there during the day and no issues . The 2 girls that work in the AM are LAZY.

I went to JIB today, My salad was missing... So I called them right away and the person said come back we will give it to you. I let him know I wasn't able to go, my daughter will go around 10:30pm to pick it up and he say he will leave a note for the next shift. And of course when my daughter went there they didn't give it to her . And treat her like she was stealing something ... They didn't open the window or anything...
Very inappropriate to serve loyalty customers .

Hlo guys do not come to jack in box their service is really bad they don’t care of their customers because the lady’s who are working inside are not doing their night duties properly they are very rude to their customers. DoorDash customers have to wait a lot through window we speak they never give any response I waited their for an order for 1 hour plz take strict action against these employees
