Rude and incompetent but the owner is nice

I asked for a burger without onions. They just removed the onions and then added fresh cheese. The patties were dry, and there was still in onion on the sandwich. There was something odd about the side machine because the diet Dr. Pepper had a weird aftertaste.

Usually dirty. Terrible customer service always. Seems like lots of undocumented workers there. An all American restaurant but many employees that speak barely any English.

The food was barely above room temperature, the employees served us with the most disrespectful and rude attitude ever. The atmosphere does not match the service at all whatsoever, they also forgot to give us a cluck sandwich and a hash brown. Unfortunately we only noticed once we got onto the freeway. Horrible SERVICE!!!

I ordered online and when we got there to pick up our food. First they gave us the wrong order and we returned it. And They said our order was already picked up. We asked them if they show the order ticket before handing our food to someone else. And they said supposedly yes. We asked for the name of the employee who gave our order to the wrong person and the manager denied our petition. We also asked the ā€œmanagerā€ to look at the camera to see if the person who picked up our order showed the ticket or not. She refused and didn’t want to give us our order. Bad service. Can’t even get a simple order right and the manager didn’t help at all. After like half an hour of waiting they finally gave us our order and they told us ā€œhere’s your order AGAINā€ basically accusing us of stealing.

Supervisor or manager someone check the cameras please. I will definitely not be ordering online from you guys again. I was trying to save time but ended up wasting my time and was falsely accused of trying to steal 4 burgers
