Worst Jack in the Box I have ever been. Curly fries were like warm and mixed with regular fries and the burgers as well were Luke warm. My order was made via the "mobile app" so I guess Jack's " We don't make it till you order it" doesn't apply.

I went through the drive thru and the woman there acted like she didnt want to be there. She pushed me through the order box when in wanted to adjust the order and I get that its okay sometimes but there was only one car behind me and he got there just as soon as I began my order. Also when I got my food she gave me a mix of regular fries and curly fries when its supposed to be just regular fries. I had to get out of the car and walk to the window and told her I ordered regular fries. She looked at the fries grabbed them and tossed them into the trash. Then after she poured fresh fries into the box. She did it all while looking like she didnt care. I dont understand how people like that even have a job.

It looks like they gave me Spicy Chicken someone inside the restaurant returned back to them at around 8:25 PM 3/15/2024. The bun very stiff and it was missing toppings.I filed a complaint with the County of Santa Clara Department of Environmental Health.

Went there a few nights ago, the short girl with glasses needs more training in customer service. I was at the drive thru and she was rudd and pushy from ordering to when I received my food.

Lots of homeless people, no one asked if I needed help for almost 10 minutes, had to get someone's attention to get help.
The service is great and food as well. The options of the food is very good for picky eaters just like me. I would come again right I feel hungry again when I feel like it.

If I could give zero stars, today at 5:35 am an Asian lady gave me a water cup that had a hole and got myself and my car wet! Not to mention the food was cold! Terrible service look like she hated her job!

The manager Sylvia is awesome! She has been here at this location for a while now. She's never mad and easy to talk to. Thank you Sylvia for my double fish ? burger, I wait for those to come in. It was just as good as I remember. Not to mention I always upgrade and she really doesn't mind.

They had the supreme crest on some special 2 for 6 dollars, can't beat it. They were very fresh croissants, croissants and cook perfectly. And they were ready in a very reasonable time, Employees were very friendly.Courteous Looks very clean on the outside. I was going through the drive tfrom. What I could see everything very clean.
